i have always had irregular periods, i have been on birth control since november and that has helped A LOT and they have been regulated since then, well my period ended on aug 7th. and than on the night of the 19th of august it came back and has not gone away! I am very good about taking my birth control everyday around the same time. Here is the thing, this period is not like my other ones, its not heavy but i still have to wear something, and its not completely red, only sometimes, otherwise its a brownish redish color.

what is wrong with me?

I have had insomnia for many MANY years now, what are good ways to fall asleep and stay asleep? I have tried sleeping pills but they always make me feel so groggy the next day even if i take them at a decent time and get a good amount of sleep.

Any ideas?

I was with the same therapist for 6 years, she decided to retire to be a stay at home mom. I really would like to know if i can get a copy of the notes she took just so I can look at them. Im curious as to what she wrote, especially after 6 years. Do you think i can get a copy? Im from Cali. I tried looking online and have not found much...i found like physical therapy but this is more for Psychiatric stuff....
