Out of nowhere, they were landing on the sliced cantaloupe. I stuck it in the fridge, and those little buggers disappeared. Where did they go? Where did they come from in the first place???

I have a distal fracture of my Radius, near my wrist. A plate and screws were put in 4 weeks ago.

So far, my thumb and index finger seem to have 80-90% mobility but are both still tingly, the rest of my fingers get stiff, but move well.

My wrist flexes downward 80-90% but only 10-15% upward. At physical therapy I have been told that as the swelling reduces we will work on this more.

I am wondering:

a) does the tingling in my fingers go away, or will this be another surgery

b) is it normal to have such limited upward flex in my wrist, and should it be focused on more in PT

My brother and I own a 4000 sq ft home where our father lives alone. He is no longer able to pay for any taxes and barely pays for electric and maintenance. We have slipped $300,000 into debt, which is about 1/5 th value. I have been trying to convince my brother to move dad to a more affordable condo or even better assisted living and sell the house which is costing us $1,500 each a month (for 3 years now), which is a big payment for both of us. I finally started a partition action to try to force the sale. 3 months ago my brother delayed the case, so I said fine you pay the mortgage for the months you've delayed (the loan is in his name as I did not want to take it in the first place) SO my question is, should I let the bank foreclose since there is no end in site to the payments and money loss and then drop the partition action which has been going on for 2 years and already cost me $60,000.00 ? By the way my dad also fights me on this, but neither have enough sense to do the right thing, if we had sold 3 years ago, we would have been much better off. Also, I think my brother wants to move in to the house....so even after dad passes I will never sell this place! HELP

A Mini skirt up to here every day. she is about 48 and has great long legs, looks very nice. I have often wondered if she is out for a little excitement or is she oblivious to the whole matter. (or a little of both)

I have all these vinyl albums. Is it ethical for me to download copies of these songs in MP3 since I already bought and paid to hear them? The artist has already made the money from me, why should I have to pay again? What do you think? What does the law say?

I'm looking for a large winter resort with lot's to do and convienient to good skiing for a week in Februaury. The place should be child freindly with lot's of activities and a mountain resort feel.

Also, white wine can stay in the fridge for days and be ok, while red turns to vinegar overnight, or hours if left uncorked. What is it about white wine that makes it so different?
