I know of alibaba but most of the sellers there are not located in the U.S. any other possible sites with great deals?

Is there any sort of infringement law or anything like that, that would legally prevent me from doing so in order to resell them later? Any other limitations I should know about this process? Also, do I need to let the supplier know that is what I'm doing? Thanks in advance

I've been working for years within the tv business but I'd like to get involved in something else I enjoy which is urban farming. I have a communications degree but I'm wondering if I need to get another degree in environmental engineering. Is there another way of getting a career in urban farming that doesn't necessarily involve going back to school? At this point I simply can't afford to go back. However, I'm more than willing to put in the effort into getting into urban farming but after having had a career for so long I want to make sure I maximize all the ways I can learn urban farming without having to have the degree.

I have a friend that has about 6-8 Feral cats living in her yard. He has built them shelter and provided food. The next step was going to be trap and release however he has noticed that a few of them either don't look so great and may have colds. He'd like to get them adopted or rescued or even continue to maintain them in his yard. The problem is he is an older man on a fixed income and cannot afford the vet costs so is now considering taking them to a shelter. Would a shelter simply take them in without costs also would a shelter provide a cage to carry them in?
