How much does Sirius Internet Radio cost in Canada?
Hi,
I recently signed up for a Siriusxm internet radio free trial. I then received an e-mail saying I could sign up for 1 year at $48 (regular cost of $95).
I am wondering: is this the standalone internet radio fee? If I pay this, am I good to listen on my iphone, or will I have to pay more ($16/month that it costs for radios). I checked the US website, and it says that they charge $14.49/month, which leads me to believe $8/month is too good to be true.
If anyone could help me out, that'd be nice. Thanks!
1 AnswerRadio8 years agoMost underrated player in NHL History?
Pretty simple question. Who do you think is the most underrated player in league history?
I'll start. Joe Malone. Averaged over a goal a game his entire career. Even put up 44 goals in 26 games one season! Yet nobody ever seems to mention him in the greatest of all time discussion.
5 AnswersHockey9 years agoAny chance of AW returning at Sunmerslam?
As you all know, the PTP (Darren and Titus) will be taking on Kofi and R-Truth for the tag championships.
We saw two short years ago Daniel Bryan return at summerslam after being fired. Could we see another shocking return here?
6 AnswersWrestling9 years agoWS: are you cheering for Sycho Sid's son on Big Brother 14?
Sycho Sid's son, AKA Frank, is currently competing on CBS's hit show Big Brother 14. He is one of Mike "Boogie's" biggest allies. It would appear that he has a legitimate shot at winning.
My question to you is: first, are you watching? And second: are you cheering for him?
3 AnswersWrestling9 years agoIf The Undertaker went "Chris Benoit Psycho", could he be "Chris Benoit Wiped" from the record books?
In short, if The Undertaker went a little loco the way Chris Benoit did, would it be possible to just erase the Undertaker forever? Just, drop the Streak, amongst other things?
I think this is an interesting question. Obviously Benoit didn't have the career like Taker did, so it would've been much easier.
7 AnswersWrestling9 years agoWho was that TNA wrestler who broke his neck?
Was just a couple of months ago. I keep thinking it's zema ion, but the fact he's wrestling tonight makes me think it isn't him.
Thanks in advance.
3 AnswersWrestling9 years agoIn what capacity will we see the UnderTaker tomorrow night?
As many of you know, the Undertaker has been confirmed for Raw's 1000th episode. My question to you is:
What will we see the Undertaker do? A match is possible, and cutting a promo is always an option, but I believe that we'll see him set up a feud for WrestleMania, with whoever his opponent will be. If it's Brock, we could see him save Shawn/Hunter from Brock's impending attack. If it's Rocky, we could see Taker interrupt Rock's promo. And if it's John Cena, could we possibly see Taker cost Cena the gold????
Lmk.

6 AnswersWrestling9 years agoDo you have less respect for people with more than one favorite team?
Pretty stupid story. Hear me out.
So I was at the bar last night with some friends. We sat down next to a guy who was wearing a New York Islanders hat and an LA Kings t-shirt. So I asked him: "So, what's your favorite team? You're sending me mixed signals here!".
This is, word for word, what he responded with:
"Actually, I'm a Calgary Flames fan, but my Flames t-shirt was dirty. I like Washington too, but I couldn't find my Caps hat either. Which is why I wore my Kings shirt and my Isles hat, because they're my other favorite teams. I really like Detroit too, but it was too warm out to wear my Wings sweater"'.
Kid was about 18-19 (remember, drinking age is 18 here in Canada), and I couldn't help but laugh at what he said.
5 favorite teams! Are you serious?! I've got one: Toronto. It's been my one and only favorite team for 40 years and it's not about to change because the team's in the crapper.
I lost a lot of respect for the kid. I just laughed and said jokingly "Make up your mind!" and we both went on with our business.
So my question to you is: do you lose respect/dislike someone more if they've got more than one favorite team? I can tell you that my blood boils every time I read someone here write: "My favorite teams are: 1. Chicago 2. Philadelphia 3. New York Rangers 4. Detroit Red Wings 5. Montreal". Kills me every time.
MAKE UP YOUR GOD DAMNED MIND ALREADY.
10 AnswersHockey9 years agoChris Jericho originally supposed to win?
Apparently the WWE Championship isn't good enough any more. This is a real story, be sure to share it.
Exclusive: Details Behind Cena Winning MITB & Original Plans

WZ has confirmed with sources that John Cena winning the WWE Championship Money in the Bank Match wasn't the original plan when the bout was set weeks prior.
Sources have confirmed the original plan was for Chris Jericho to win the briefcase, and then become the first superstar to cash in unsuccessfully. One of the top plans was for Jericho to attempt to cash in later in the pay-per-view after the CM Punk and Daniel Bryan match.
WWE then decided the week of the show that they would instead go with John Cena winning, which reportedly is why the CM Punk WWE Championship match got bumped from being the last on the card. WWE officials felt the PPV ending wouldn't be climactic enough if the CM Punk bout ended the show without anyone coming out to cash in the briefcase won earlier in the night.
3 AnswersWrestling9 years agoWhat's the deal with the NHL schedule?
Canadian fans will know what I mean. Every year the Maple Leafs and Canadiens open up the season against each other on the Thursday night. Every ******* year! Its become somewhat of a tradition, watching all those rabid fans outside the ACC while the suits and ties sit inside the building.
But now, no, now its Philadelphia and Boston opening up the season along with three other games, ALL TEAMS BEING AMERCAN!
Seriously, is the NHL turning their back on canadians? You saw at the awards last night. Other than PJ Stock and Ted Lindsay all of the presenters were American celebrities. What's the deal?
3 AnswersHockey9 years agoAnd here are the USA chants in Norfolk! ?
These people in Norfolk are absolute idiots. I complained about if last night, I'll complain about it tonight. They have 21 Canadians on their team. The two main reasons they are where they are (Tokarski and Conacher) are Canadian. Their pest Picard is Canadian. THERE ARE MORE AMERICANS ON THE MARLIES! THE ADMIRALS HAVE TWO AMERICANS COMPARED TO 21 CANADIANS.
And they have no originality. "Hey, you suck" and "Ole Ole Ole". Wow, REAL ORIGINAL IDIOTS.
Norfolk is a terrible hockey city. Please move the admirals before they embarrass themselves anymore.
5 AnswersHockey9 years agoWow, Norfolk hockey fans are BRILLIANT!?
My god, I swear this is the worst hockey city in the world. I thought Colombus was bad, but these guys have them beat. Let me go over what they've done:
1. They are EXTREMELY unoriginal with their goal chants. First it's "Hey, You Suck". Then, immediately after, they chant "Ole, Ole Ole Ole" Copying Jersey and Montreal I see.
Also these people know none of the rules. When Jerry D'Amigo got blatantly hit in the head, it's a "Yay, huzzah!". But whenever a Toronto player comes close to an Admiral, it's "Boo, go back to Vancouver hosers".
Oh and then, here's the best part. Midway through the third period they start "USA" chants. I wish I could be there right now and scream "dammit you idiots, 21 PLAYERS ON YOUR TEAM ARE CANADIAN!".
They also start fights in the crowd with any Leaf/Marlie fan out there. And they have no understanding for the game of hockey.
IDIOTS.
I'm not a troll, I just really had to point this out. These people should be kept in a room, where they can talk to themselves about how original they are and how much they know about hockey.
My nominee for worst hockey city in North America. Who's yours?
10 AnswersHockey9 years agoIf Brad Richards had gone to Toronto....?
Any of you Canadians of course remember much speculation that Brad richards was coming home to play with the Toronto maple leafs. But he signed instead with the New York Rangers.
My question to you is: How would both teams be affected? Would Toronto have made the playoffs? Would New York be where they are today?
5 AnswersHockey9 years agoDo you think Connor McDavid and Aaron Ekblad will go #1 in 2014 and 2015?
I know this is early, but you've gotta ask. These two were both granted exceptional status and were allowed to enter Major Junior hockey a year early. The only other person granted this status: John Tavares, who went first overall and is on his way to being one of the best players in the game.
So, do you think Ekblad in 2014 and McDavid in 2015? Could McDavid go 1st overall to Quebec City, perhaps?!
3 AnswersHockey9 years agoWhy does diet coke make me pee a lot?
I find this odd. Normally I'll go pee 2-4 times a day, but when I have more than two diet coke's in a day that total runs up to 6-8. Can anyone explain that for me?
Thanks.
1 AnswerOther - Health9 years agoWhy is it that chants differ in the US and Canada?
I've noticed this for a while now and always thought it was interesting. In Canada (excluding Edmonton) all teams chant "go (team) go". But in the US, fans chant "let's go (team)". Anyone else notice this?

3 AnswersHockey9 years agoDo you see Corey Crawford or Mike Smith making Team Canada's 2014 Olympic roster?
Easy question: do you think either (or both) of these men will make the final cut or not?
BQ: I know it's a while away, but do you think Malcolm Subban will make the 2018 Roster?
5 AnswersHockey9 years agoWho else thinks the US has an unfair advantage in the world under-18's?
I was checking the history of the tournament and was shocked to see that the US have won 3 consecutive years. Then the TSN announcer said that the US team has been together for over a year, and some have been together for more than two, compared to Canada who've just been thrown together in the past three-four weeks. Does this seem like an unfair advantage to you?
