ok, i have taken my ps3 round to my friends house, plugged all the cables in properly reset the ps3 with the two beeps thingy, reset the tv but absolutely nothing works!!! please help.

p.s. When i turn it onto av 6 (av) or 7 (hdmi) the screens darken and on 7 it says underneath the 7 576p help please!!?!?!?!?!?!?!

ok, its a long story so i'll cut it down a bit.

my friend kicked my arm just during a playfight and it really hurt and i almost passed out. later that day i was meant to go paintballing but it hurt so much i couldn't do it. i went to the hospitalat around 6 o'clock and i got kicked at around 11:30 am. so, i was at the hospital at around 7 talking to the practicioner nurse and they put me through to xray and they said it was tissue damage, but im not so sure becuse it still hurts. anyway, lets get to the point what shall i/shan't i do and what will help it get better quicker?
