to all the people on the east coast complaining about still not having power after the hurricane, think back when Gustav hit, i live in the center of the state, this hurricane passed right over us, when we lose power from a storm i know it will be at least a week before i get power, some people longer. think on how all those easterners were talking about us then, i do feel bad for ya but we deal with this a lot.

I think that all these so called "adults" need to grow up and stop blaming other people for their choices, Happy Meals are bought by the parents not the children, if you don't want them eating them don't buy them, it is your choice, here is a suggestion don't even go to fast food restaurants or make a healthier choice from their menu, you as the parent are supposed to be the one choosing not the children.

i just read some answers given to a question posted by a lady with children who is also on public assistance, people asking if she had ever been married and saying she should give her children up. why do people assume that others make choices and don't think about these consequences, as far as women like this she could have been in an abusive relationship and go tout and now needs help, the father may have died leaving her to care for these children alone. if that is the case she should give her children away? please people before making judgments have a little consideration.

everyone keeps focusing on obamas race, religious ties and citizenship. if he were born to a black mother and white father would there still be questions? the only muslim ties i see are because of his father, whom he didn't have a whole lot of contact with, and even if he was born in Kenya isn't his mother being a natural born american citizen allow him to be american? i believe that people should look past all this paranoia and rumor and give him a chance. obviously the man is an american, natural american, he could not have run for election for such a high office, if he were muslim why is there so much controversy about his former pastor of a church that is not muslim? and is it really gonna be that bad to have a black family in the white house? white house does not mean whites only.

Jesse Jackson ran before, so why is everyone making an issue about Obama? i voted for Obama but nothing to do with his race.

well i got my first psycho email from someone named Megan M. telling me to mind my own business along with a few choice words. tell me why would someone ask a question and you give your answer or opinion they don't like it they want you to mind your business? i had to laugh, she put the business out there so i would imagine she wanted her business gotten into.

the video is a man and woman both dressed in black with white shirts and they start dancing in the middle of street as they dance more people appear. the band is on a rooftop singing, part of the song goes, i want to make you move cause your standing still.

i guess my question would be how many chances should someone be given based on something everyone was screaming racially motivated?

Don't know if this is gonna be so much a question as a rant but last night Al Sharpton was on the news once again coming to the defense of another woman that was offended, so he said, about a statement, made about her costume, but he said that the statement was directed at her because she was wearing the costume. When asked why he was turning this into a racial thing he said he never brought race in. which he never said it was a racial situation. My thing is why is it he has to come to the aide of these, what i consider strong black women, but you never see him raising a fuss when something is said against a white woman? don't his actions show in his mind he is taking this racially? does he not believe that these women can defend themselves? to me that would be the offensive thing.

why do some women go thru the trouble of hair extensions, so much makeup you can't see their face, fake tans, fake nails and colored lenses and then get upset cause they can't find a man that is real? seems like you get what you place out there.

it is just over a year old, came home yesterday all food was defrosting and fridge side not cold, it is running can feel air coming out but isn't doing it's job, any suggestions?
