So I am writing a research paper on Franz Boas and I just need a little "push in the right direction" if you will.

So first off, who was Franz Boas and what was his major contribution to anthropology?

and second, how did he influence anthropology?

and last, what are some sources you recommend?

So may sound like I'm asking you to do my work and honestly in a way i'm hoping you will at least get me started? haha So far I've read that he is the father of anthropology and he originated the notion of "culture" as learned behaviors. But I'm struggling with what direction to start my paper on if that makes sense. Any help would be greatly appreciated. :)

My neighbors don't drink coffee so they gave me these bags of coffee concentrate and stuff. Thing is, I don't know what to do with it or how to use it... I emptied out one bag and poured it out into a pitcher and it looked all syrupy. Is that normal? When I tasted it, it was all bitter sweet. So do I mix it with water or something?? Because I have no idea...

I made beignets for the first time this morning, and they taste like sopapilla's with like a beer-bread after taste? I might've used too much yeast but i'm not sure. How are they suppose to taste really?
