Is alcohol the dependent variable or control group? I could NEVER understand these two.

Hey I'm 16 and new to trying makeup, as in foundation and concealer. I have sorta acne prone skin, and I am using Nars Glow Foundation, and MAC Concealer. One question I have is that, is it bad for your skin to be using two different brands?

Also, I started using Nars Foundation over the summer, and realized I needed concealer..a week or so after I was using both, I realized I had gotten small, red dots on my cheeks. It's not really "acne" just bumps I guess? Not really sure how to descirbe. I'm not sure if my skin is getting used to makeup, or if it's clogging my skin, or just too much on? I also have dry skin.

Can any MAKEUP ARTIST out there help? Any tips or anything I'm doing wrong?

I'm not sure which is aggravating my skin- the foundation or the concealer? Have you heard any bad/good things about these brands?

P.S. I use my foundation then concealer, is that right? Also put dabs on my hand, then use a brush for foundation, my (clean washed) finger to apply concealer.

I want to be able to connect my ipod nano somehow to the car DVD player. I see that it has a yellow, red, and white hook up for various chords, although we do have an AUX cable with device. I just need to know if it's possible, and if so where to hook it up. I read online somewhere that you can buy a separate cable?

I have naturally curly hair. It's fairly long. I put conditioner in my hair and let it sit for 3 min. or so, and then I get a wide-tooth comb and comb my hair. I don't know if it is alot, but just looks like a lot since it's in clumps. I've read in some articles that it's okay for hair to fall out, but I'm not sure. Is this normal and healthy for hair? Is this breakage bad? thanks!

So, I have been using clindamycin phosphate gel for over 3-4 months now. My skin before I used this gel had barely any acne on it. I every once in a while got a pimple before monthly cycle.. At first, the gel worked okay. It made my face break out alot for a month which I absolutly hated! But then, it started to clear up. It's just that everytime I think it's finally working and my face looks good, I get a big red pimple. And it's not small one's, its just one big, noticleable red one! It makes me feel self conscious about my face, and my question is..is If I stopped using this gel daily and just washed my face, OR just used it every other day, will this make my face devolop more pimples because I'm not using it everyday. Since my face is so used to it, will it produce more pimples without having the gel? And has anyone had any experience? Thanks!

Yesterday, I dowonloaded "Media Player Classic" thinking there were no problems with this software, no viruses, etc.

Once I dowloaded it, in about an hour or so, a task bar popped up under my url box, and everything began to run soooo slow!! My sister plays on Bearville, a kid's online world sponsered by Build A Bear, and it won't even load! We have "McAfee", the virus checking software, and I did that, and nothing seems to be wrong! Everything is fine! But, I just don't understand why everything is just so slow...Should I go in and have my computer looked at? Does anyone have any suggestions? Please help! thanks

Yesterday, I downloaded a video program and I forgot what it was called, but I already uninstalled it. My computer is just going slower that usual and I can't even get onto some websites because it won't load fully... Can anybody help? Is this a virus? Should it have gone away now that I unistalled the program? thanks!

I took a video at a concert and I was too close to the speakers, and it sounds really bad! kinda muffled...I think you know what I am talking about! I was wondering if anybody knew how to fix this, or if you could recomend a free video editing software something like that. Or if this can even be fixed? Please recomend anything you can! Because I'm really mad and disappointed with the turn out of these! Thanks!

If anyone can help me with this....I know American Eagle has an ae rewards system, where you can receive coupons (like 30% off or 10 dollars off a 50 dollar purchase ect.) in the mail. I was wondering if Abercrombie and Fitch and/or Hollister has a system like that that you can apply for to recieve them in the mail...OR maybe they just don't send out a lot of coupons, because I remember getting an abercrombie kids one for 25% purchase a while back! I have naturally curly hair and I need a way to put it up at night...I have tried a bun and the curls turn every which way and its crazy! And i've tried a ponytail and the hair at the top of my head gets frizzy!

I would like any suggestions on how to put up my curly hair at night so it won't be frizzy in the morning. Thanks!

My cousin recently just got an ipod and he needs some new music... And I don't have my computer with my Itunes (library) on it.

Is there any way to access my itunes library on another computer? I need to transfer songs, video, movie, etc. to my cousins flash drive. So he can put it on his ipod! And i need to know... will i lose my songs once I access from another computer!!?? Thanks! Oh and please be spesific!

I rememeber watching this movie and it was on hallmark. It was baout this lady and she came to this guy's house. The guy had 2 boys and their house was really messy! So the lady helped the boys become cleaner and stuff. I really liked this movie and I would really love to watch it again! Please see if you can help.
