When you add up the votes, Hillary Clinton was the Democratic Party Candidate. Howard Dean saw to it that Barack Obama became the Candidate... by discounting MI and FL in the Primary. How is this the Democratic way? Would you all be voting for him if he'd declared himself the candidate? I'd love to know how you all justify this?

Please, I do NOT want a lot of partisan bickering or accusations... I'm looking for the actual course of action. Does anyone know if Biden would become President and then appoint a VP, like what happened after Nixon resigned? Or would Hillary have a case for being the one who should have had the nomination?

Since it's easy to sit in judgment and declare this as cruel and horrible torture when you have no connection to anyone who is in harm's way from the detainee...

Imagine your child has been kidnapped and is currently buried alive with limited oxygen. The kidnapper has been caught but he refuses to divulge the child's location. Your kid is going to die if the police can't get the man to talk... would you still call waterboarding 'torture' and rule it out as a method in saving your child's life?

When you're dealing with a potential terrorist... you could be saving the lives of thousands of people... all of whom are someone's child, or spouse, or parent, or sibling, or friend. Do you think it's fair to condemn them to death so some terrorist won't be terrified into talking?

OK, explain when a noose became a symbol of racism towards blacks? I mean, pirates were hanged. Witches were hanged. Prisoners were hanged. Outlaws were hanged.

Should you not be able to display a hanging dummy for Halloween because some people are so 'sensitive' that they might be offended by something?

What's next? Do we not display the guillotine because there may be some French people who are offended?

Take down all the crosses as that was a Roman execution method. Get rid of the giant executioner's axes because that might offend the British. Where does it stop?

When will people realize you do NOT have the right never to be offended?
