If Barack Obama turns out NOT to be a legal citizen and has already been elected, what will happen?

Biden would automatically assume office.

It this was revealed BEFORE the election however, the Democrats might be able to choose a new candidate, such as Hillary Clinton.

First off, Obama IS a legal citizen. This issue has been resolved many times during this campaign, so this is only a moot question.

However, if such a very unlikely occurrence did occur, Biden would become President and appoint a new Vice President with approval from the U. S. Senate through the procedures outlined in the 25th Amendment to the Constitution.

Well first of all, don't you think they would have investigated this a long time ago when he became a senator...I think I'm right in saying only a US citizen can hold office here, so this question has no substance. Also, as much drama that's been going on with this election, if the government had even the slightest discrepancy this would have been brought to light before he was nominated. Here's a question for you...What if John McCain is elected and he turns out to be an alien, what will happen?

BIden would become President.

Hillary wouldn't, the only case that could possibly been made is that the election itself was fraudulent and therefore moot, and run again, but that wouldn't happen, even a freshman representative would understand the mess the country would be in and they would approve of Biden taking over.

Of course the other thing that would happen is that pigs would fly, so many people, on all sides, have looked into this that nothing of the sort will happen.

This has never happen before, so I am not sure what the right course of action would be. My guess is Biden becomes President, but that is not really a fair course of action because the whole outcome of both the primaries and general election would change.

He also should be put behind bars for fraud.

It going to the super court docket now. The social gathering has executed a astounding job at conserving it low key. He now has extra then a million case pending btw. If for some twist of way forward for destiny he's elected and this happens. Biden could take over being runner up. If something happens to Biden whom is older besides, Nancy Pelosi could be your next President.

I came across a site that said he would remain in office and that because he was elected it would set precedent over the existing law. It is strange that he will not provide documents proving he was born in the US. Everyone in the US has to just to get into school or get a drivers license. Something is wrong. Oddly enough even if he was born here he was taken to Indonesia and enrolled in school there as an Indonesian citizen. This renounce his US citizenship ( if it ever existed ). It really doesn't matter what country he is a citizen of. What matters is his political beliefs. Since he is a Socialist ( Fancy name for Communist ). He is not presidential material as the Socialist agenda is to destroy America and take it over. No one has to worry about voting for a second term for him. Elections will not exist.

Biden is President, who the VP is 'is his choice

Obama would be removed from office and Biden would take over.

Biden would become President.
