I have just received the results of my MRI scan and I really do not understand the medical words.Could you please explain what they mean:-

MRI shows a few vascular changes,The cervical MRI shows a few bulges and the foramena narrowing without compression.Thank-you for any information that you can explain to me

I have suffered from this condition for over twenty years and in the latter ten years my condition is at it's worst.I just wondered if there is anyone out there who have had this operation and have found it beneficial.I know it is a very complicated procedure but the results can be good.The pain I am experiencing is absolutely excruciating and I am twisted to the right side of my body and cannot see where I am going,I cannot go out on my own in fear of getting run over by a car when I have to cross the roads and everyday chores are so painful.Thank-you for anyone that answers mu question

I have an appointment for a flu jab on the 26th.October.I am going on a long haul flight on the 9th.November. I usually have a bad reaction to the jab and get a very bad throat and bad cold and cough.I don't want to go on a long flight with a bad cold.Do you think I should postpone the jab until I return in January2008? Will I still be able to get the jab then? I am a diabetic and strongly advised to have the flu jab every year,

I have type2 diabetes which I control with tablet medication.Which is gliclazide and metformin.I am on a very strict sugar and fat free diet.My sugar levels are fine but I seem to be putting on lots of weight.Do you the think the tablets are making me put on weight?I have been on them for over five years.
