1 AnswerFashion & Accessories10 years agoWhat is the best way to lose an elliptical for weight loss?
Don't tell me to use a treadmill because for some reason i like the elliptical a lot better.
I want to lose weight primarily. Toning would be okay but i don't want to have like a built body.
What is the best way to use it? Is it even effective if i have it on a low resistance and go fast for 45 minutes - 1 hour? would i lose more weight with a higher resistance or doing one of the training programs on the elliptical or would i tone more by doing that?
If you have lost weight using the elliptical, please tell me how you did it!
3 AnswersDiet & Fitness10 years agoIs it normal to fire someone without telling them?
I just got fired from my first job at an ice cream place so i'm not really sure how this goes. The only reason i know i am fired is because i have a friend who works there and she asked around to see if i was fired. We thought i got fired because they sent her a schedule and not me and i wasn't on the schedule. They never told me anything. I emailed my boss and i texted her (she's young so it's appropriate to text her, don't try to tell me it's not) she never responded to any of these. So really, they fired me and haven't told me about it yet. Is this normal/legal?

Here's an example: (note: the circle on the inside should be centered more.)
