when elderly people have a visiting nurses aide AKA a "homemaker" can they drive their clients cars to a supermarket for example and to other errands with their client?

say for example that you are uncommitted on buying a home in a certain area but want to see the homes in an area out of curiosity. if you contact an agent will he be able to pick you up and bring you to some properties to tour for free?

There is this persistent attitude around that Real estate agents usually drive Lexus,BMW, and Mercedes cars.
