  • Does my natural hair have heat damage?

So 3 months ago, my hair was wet and I blow dried it because I was gonna install braids. Unfortunately I didn t get my braids so I just washed my hair and when I did it didn t look or feel the same. My curl pattern is 4a/4b/4c and the texture is hard to explain but to get a general idea it s very shiny and silkiest in the back. I had small little coils all around my scalp mainly in the front. After I washed my hair, they were gone and my hair was dull, dry, felt like styrofoam, and I had a lot of fly aways on the ends of my hair. prior to the wash and the blowdrying, I did condition my hair a lot. Like everyother day. I don t know if that could have played a factor in the change of my hair. could it be heat damage or something else? how can I fix this?

  • How to correct knock knees?

So, I want to correct my knees. I'm not talking about "naturally," like yoga and exercises. They do not correct the knees, they actually strengthen the knees. I want something that will permanetly and effectively correct the bone and make my legs straight. I know that the surgery is painful, I was just wondering if any of you ever went under the knife and what were your experiences with recovering from the surgery and if there are any other alternatives to correcting my legs. I've heard of ladisten and I've seen some pretty impressive results but I'm not sure their services cater to people in the U.S. Please let me know any information you can give me. Honestly, I'm not looking for a confidence boost from anyone or empty compliments about my legs I just want information. Thanks.

  • Is this hormonal imbalance?

I'm 15 and I've been struggling with this for a while. My period only comes once or twice a year, I have skin discoloration, loss of appetite but weight gain, I was thinking about using herbs and supplements I And consult my doctor about it. But I heard that if you consume a lot of estrogen it can be bad for your health. I know my body probably hasn't fully developed yet even though I seem to have "curves," I was just wondering if any amount of estrogen would be bad for a teenager who is still developing.

  • has anyone ever gotten pregnant from pre-***?

So 2 weeks ago my boyfriend and I were doing stuff but we didn't have actual sex. I think he may have gotten a little pre-*** on me or inside of me. And I heard that it isn't likely for pre *** to get you pregnant but it's possible and I've been having early symptoms of pregnancy but it could also mean that in getting my period. I've been having white discharge a few days after, craving lots of cheese the week after, not eating in the morning, really tired and weak, headaches, loss of appetite, depressed, and that's all I can remember. Last time I got my period was in early June around this time but my period is very weird it only comes twice. Or three times every year. I'm really worried and I have no money for a pregnancy test. If I tell my mom, she's literally try to kill me and my boyfriend. And my and my father too. I didn't think we needed to be protected because we didn't really do anything. I'm freaking out and I don't know what to do.

  • He tall will I be when I get older?

So, I'm 5'5 now and I am 15 years old and I'm turning 16 this year. (I am a guy btw) I went to the doctors and they told me that I'm going to be as tall as my dad and he is around 6'3 but my mom is around 5'3-5'5. I hope I do reach how tall my dad is, but is there and way I can make sure my height reaches its highest point or not eat anything that'll stunt my growth or anything?

I'm natural with a curly kinky hair texture if that helps. I want to do the inversion method and since my hair and scalp is dry most of all time, I want to know if I should wash the oil out after each night of inverting or wait every two days or until the end of the week. Help me please.

  • How can I get an aries attention?

I know there are aome non Believers so if you are a non believer of astrology, don't waste my time or yours thanks.

I've been interested in this guy and he is an aries. I just want to get his attention and I want to get to know him. I asked my friend to talk to him for me and he said "he isn't interested" and he isn't looking for a relationship especially from someone younger than him. (I'm only younger by a year.) he thinks thats what I want apparently. Maybe he is just not interested but, I feel like there is more to this. I've been thinking of how to get him to reconsider because I'm think its really stupid how he doesn't want to give me the time of day just because of the grade that I am in. We've never spoke, he doesn't know me, idk him and he isNt giving me the opportunity to get to know him. what do you think about this? I'm a leo by the way cancer moon if that helps.

  • Is it okay to have decorations cultures or religions?

Is if a sign or respect or what? I'm sorry for my ignorance it's just I see people have the Buddhist statue and I feel like it's disrespectful if you aren't aware of the Buddhist customs. I know having the head of the Buddhist statue is a sign of disrespect. When I have incense, crosses, stones, candles, and stuff because I'm a very spiritual person and things like that whether you believe it or not, gives me good vibes and I need those kinds of things in order to function. I went to a store today and this guy was selling this stuff and he was explaining the things my mom was buying like it was okay, but idk. I need a history lesson badly.

I just want to know if it's true that if your hair gets longer, your curl pattern gets bigger for natural hair.

  • How can I be skinny and curvy?

I want to lose like 40 pounds or something and I'm not fat, but I'm not skinny and I'm just gonna lose as much weight as I can until I'm satisfied with my body... But I don't want to lose weight just so I can be basically skinny and shapeless so I just want to know has anyone ever lost a bunch of weight and became 'skinny' but still maintained their curves. (As in full breast, round butt) I have average sized chest and a big butt, but I there is no guarantee that I'll still have my chest and butt when I lose a lot of weight (gradually).

  • How can I tell how big my chest will be, and how can I make them bigger?

I want to lose weight and I don't know how big my chest actually are. I'm thinking if I lose weight, my chest will be really small but I'm not sure. My aunts and grandmother have small chest but my mom has average sized chest. The women on My mothers father side of the family has bigger chest and my dad's side of the family has bigger chest but I don't know what that means. I'm pretty young and my body is still developing, but I just want to know if there is a way I can possibly how tell how big they'll be or anything.

  • Should I perm my hair?

My hair is naturally curly/kinky which is 4b/4c type hair. Don't get me wrong, I love my hair a lot. I love the little kinks and stuff but it is at this awkward length which is on my collar bone. It takes me so long to flat iron it and when I do, it is so puffy and my ends are puffy too. I want it to be bone straight without taking a long time. And I don't have time to do my hair a lot of wash it every 2 days. But I also do not want to wash it 2 weeks. I like the idea of having my hair natural and curly and different from every other white and black girl in my school but I love my hair hair straight on me. It looks better that way. I want to perm it so badly, but I don't want to regret it later. My goal is tailbone length hair and I've seen permed girls achieve it and I've seen natural girls archive it. I remember after a while, permed hair starts to look stuff and it can become brittle in cold weather and I hate when it looks like that. And I don't want to go through chemical damage because I'm not into starting over again. Idk what I should do.

  • How do you lose muscle?

I don't want to actually lose muscle, I just want to know what causes you to lose muscle. I want to lose fat but I don't want to lose the muscle that I already have. I would like to lose the fat around the areas that I still have muscle. What exercises can I do? I want to look slimmer and be slim but I want to keep muscles in certain places like pectoral muscles and my glutes and it seems like it's impossible.
