1 AnswerHorses1 decade agoWhere can we use our off road buggy in south/west wales?
My son has a two seater buggy which we used to use on our farm. We have now moved to a house and he is no longer able to use it. We are wondering where you can hire a gravel track or forestry track to use it on, and also whether there are any competitions for buggys. Thanks he is nagging loads!

4 AnswersDecorating & Remodeling1 decade agoUrgent! Neighbours leylandi tree roots have grown down into my sewerage pipe and broken it?
I am on Notice from the local council to rectify the blockage problem with the private drain that flows through my neighbours garden from our house. When we paid a company to investigate with a CCTV the problem is the conifers roots have broken through the pipe and are blocking it and have caused serious cracks and damage to it. My neighbour still stays it is my responsibility to sort this out! It is not a Welsh Water issue due to the pipe being privately owned. My neighbour has refused to fix the pipe, remove the roots and is not prepared to take the conifers down. My neighbour is going to issue proceedings against me to repair the pipe. All help urgently required as I am on Notice.
7 AnswersLaw & Ethics1 decade agoReiki - and is this feeling in my fingers healing energy?
Over the past year or so I have had tingling feelings in my forearms and hands, it feels like little electric wires attached and the electric travels down to my finger tips and pulses, my friend said it was healing energy. I have tried to heal my animals and my husband but I am exhausted over the few days afterwards, is this tingling feeling healing energy and is it normal to feel so tired? I have enrolled in a Reiki 1 class in the hope that it may control the feelings, as I can't at the moment, what do you think? I am new to all this and any advice would be greatly appreciated.
