Usually on the box for pads/tampons it counts in grams. I have no idea how to use grams nd how often theyre talking about. every hour? how do i know?

so im a newcomer to this whole period thing(i just "became a woman" on Sunday and im already using tampons. Tonight when i was getting ready to shower, i took out my tampon and the tip of it was either smashed in or came off in my vagina. I checked with my finger to see if i felt anything and i went in as far as i could go and didn't think i felt anything. and i rinsed out my vagina with our removable shower head. some things came out in the shower when i rinsed it out but i thought it was just clots. Im really scared about it and idk what else i should do.i dont even know if it was in ther in the first place but still. what should i do?

My card is saing thats its locked. idk what i did all i know is the last time i downloaded my videos to my computer it now says card locked. what do i do, thats my only card.

ok so i have a nikon coolpix s220 and so i have software installed to my computer to transfer photos. so one day i got tired of when my dell computer made me keep on choosing which option i wanted to use when i plugged it in so i clicked on "always do this setting when using this device". so now i need to do a different setting. how do i make it go back to where i pick my setting?

ok i have the lg rumor and my sound broke and ever since i got it fixed(they yanked out a speaker from another phone and put it in mine) it keeps on playing the wrong ring tone and i know i click on the right thing and it do it over and over again but it still plays the wrong ring tone. i don't know if it was one of the main ring tones of the other phone or what. what can i do to fix me phone and get my favorite ring tone back for when someone calls?
