I did some research and found out that I can sell 3 cars a year legally in arizona without having to get a license for selling cars. So my question is really what is under these terms. Is a motorcycle sale considered one of the 3 sales a year? How about any atvs or fourwheelers? Please add a link to where you found info. I appreciate the input im advance because I don't know how to comment on my own questions.

I have been told this so I am curious as to the law. Can a private seller sell me a pistol legally if I am under 21? I have a friend wanting to sell and if it is legal and someone could prove it I will buy it from him. Thank you and pleas noone comment on how it is wrong to own guns or anything like that.

I am turning 18 and my parents are willing to buy me a pistol for my birthday. How would they do this? I know it is legal this way but I am not sure if there is paper work done at the store or somewhere else. I personally don't care for those who want to tell me that this is wrong and no 18 year old should have a gun. I want this for target shooting and for home defense since I live on my own now.
