I'm paying for 16Meg download and 1Meg upload. My internet seems freakishly slow when I'm playing MW3. I pinged google.com and my average was about 60ms. Should I be calling my internet provider and bitching them out for telling me everything is running fine?

I'm issuing a subpoena to an officer for video footage from his car, but I'm not sure what format I will recieve this data in. Does anyone know?

I live in Iowa. I recently got a speeding ticket by a state trooper. The thing is I'm not sure he entirely followed procedure. He tracked me going across a bridge but he was in the oncoming lane (It was I-80 around Des Moines) going across a bridge when he claims he got me. Thats okay and all, however he didn't turn his lights on right away. So I didn't slow down. Meanwhile I took an off ramp that was fairly long, fairly sharp turn. I'm almost 100% positive the officer lost line of sight I won't know for sure until I subpoena him for his camera footage. He pulled me over 2.3 miles from the place where he said he had tracked me, but by that time I was going slower (within the speed limit slower) because I saw another officer with someone pulled over up ahead and I was by another car when he came up behind me. I saw the trooper come up on me incredibly fast. So I decided to do the math (with some help from my physics instructor). The officer would have been doing approximately 90-100 miles per hour around that fairly sharp turn to catch me depending on where exactly he turned around, but heres the kicker he didn't have his lights on and he was going that fast, and again he did lose line of sight. Do I have any kind of chance in court if I ask for a jury instead of having a judge's ruling? Could I convince a jury to see it my way if I can prove the officer was being reckless to catch me when he had already lost line of sight, and couldn't technically prove it was me or the other car because it was night time and we both had very dark cars?

BEFORE I GET ANYTHING ABOUT JUST PAYING THE TICKET I WILL SAY THIS.

I'M ON DRIVING PROBATION I WILL LOSE MY LICENSE IF I DO NOT CHALLENGE THIS TICKET.

I need to find the exact section of the Iowa code of traffic enforcement that states the requirements of the officer and/or his department to keep up regular maintenance on their speed detection devices. I need this very badly so any help would be appreciated. I have nothing against law enforcement its just that I absolutely cant afford to have this ticket show up on my record so if any nice officers out there could throw me a bone and give me a hand I would be very happy.

I recently started playing the guitar again and I'm using a lot more barre chords than I used to. The problem is my hand keeps cramping up and im not sure what to do about it. I've tried having someone massage it a bit. That helped for a little bit.
