My birthday is in the middle of summer and so everyone is away! This year is my 16th so I want to do something on my birthDAY and something before or after so that my friends can make it. Please help and give me some good ideas. I am a girl btw

I love my friends but I find that everyone is always busy and I don't have many guy friends so please could you tell me how I can meet both new guy friends and girl friends.
