I am Divorced in the State of AZ, I Live in Texas and the EX lives in Idaho. My daughter is with the Ex and it all just seems crazy now.

Please, no attorneys telling me to hire an attorney. I can not afford one. However, if you would like to present useful information I would be thankful.

Has anyone had any experience with this sort of thing?

I have limited visitation because I am moving to Arizona from out of state. Dose anyone have experience with visiting a child during school-to help in the classroom.

I moved to Texas with my wife and 5 year old daughter, after 2 months here she left 16 years of marriage with my 5 year old daughter back to Arizona. Like a fool I sighned the Divorce without understanding what was in it. I got screwed on visitation /Parenting time. i dont know if the court will even here my case for modification until october 6 2011 (one year after Divorcce decree.) I will be moving back to be close to my daughter soon but have no leagal visitation, every other weekend and such. I have joint legal custody for all thats worth, is there anyone that has experience in this area that can give me a little direction on what to do? I am really lost on this one. Thank you for your sincere replies. Please spare me the "sorry dude your screwed" stuff because that I already know. Thanks.

In an apocalyptic future, what kind of preparedness would you make to protect your family? I mean beyond an emergency 72 hr disaster preparedness kit. I would like to hear as many ideas as possible. nothing is to outlandish.
