So for the last few days when I try to sit up after lying down there's this sharp pain in the lower right portion of my abdomen. However, after getting up I'm fine (unless is position myself oddly while sitting down or squat). It also hurts if I sneeze. I was wondering if I should be concerned?

I'm not showing any other symptoms such as fever, loss of appetite, constipation, etc.

So I'm 18 years old, and I am starting to scream at night. The thing is, I've never had this problem before and I'm not having nightmares (or well actually I have been having an increase amount of nightmares, but when I do scream during them, I am aware of it). However, that's not the case with the screams that are occurring during non-nightmare nights, as in I have no memory of them. Apparently whenever someone walks near me I'll start screaming, also sometimes just randomly. I honestly have no idea as to what could have triggered this. It's summer, so I'm getting sufficient sleep and I'm not increasingly stressed. If anyone has any ideas, I'm all ears.

I was given this assignment, and one of the parts was to discuss the impact of mass wastage on humans? I feel like I only have a really broad idea (ex: landslides can kill people), but I was wondering what else is there? I read somewhere that it causes illnesses. Is that true? I need advice, my best friend is slowly killing herself. She has suffered from minor depression (from what I've been told), for years. You see, when she was younger her father essentially abandoned her and now currently lives on the streets. Ever since then she's had problems and have been seeking treatment. That being said, against the judgment of her mom (who's always away on business) and her sister ( she looks up to, but is a bad influence), she has stop treatment, stating she's over it. Her father left when she was about 9, and she is now currently 17. She does not really openly discuss this with anyone, and I am pretty sure that she isn't wasting away her life to get attention. She seems empty. This year she has started drinking, doing weed and recently smoking. She has a very fragile body, and only two years ago went through heart surgery in which her lung collapsed. She physically can't handle this, and I can tell that she is doing it to waste away, her eyes are empty.

I just recently got a job at Dairy Queen and I have a question about the dress code. My manager said to come in wearing black pants, black shoes (no slip on) and a black T-shirt. For the black pants I'm assuming that I am suppose to wear on slacks. Is that a safe assumption? My main question is in regards to the shoes. Would it be okay to wear black running shoes, that have a smidge of pink on the rim. Or I do have black skater shoes which are basically solid black. Which option would be best? Or I'm I going about this completely wrong?

Social Status: I'm naturally pretty quiet, but I wouldn't consider myself anti-social. I have quite a bit of friends.

Basically my problem started occurring maybe about a year or so ago. What's the problem? Well I'm having troubles speaking. As in I'm constantly slurring my words, or really just messing up the order and stuff. I'm doing this in both French or English. I can read off something fine, heck even recite memorize speeches okay...It's just when I'm holding regular conversations. This happens even when I'm with my best friends (in other words completely comfortable). Also words I can normally pronounce fine, I'm starting to mispronounce. I'm really wondering what's wrong. The only people I can hold a conversation with, without slurring my words are parents. What would you recommend I do? Also if you have any questions in relation to this, please ask. I will reply as soon as possible.

For school I have to write an in class essay on abortion. To be more exact a persuasive essay, in other words I have to support a side. I've decided I'm for abortion. I'm writing a standard essay; 5 paragraphs. I know one of my body paragraphs is going to be a counter argument, so that's settle. That being said, I don't know what to write for the other two bodies. I really need help ASAP. I'll tell you the reasons why I support it, but first off I'll give you a quick briefing on my counter. So for my counter I'm writing about the abortion laws, or well the lack of in Canada. I'm mentioning how women can get an abortion in any trimester. So stuff like. I personally don't support such lenient rules.

Reasons why I support abortion:

- Well sometimes it's best for the child if it doesn't see light. For instance if the mother is consuming alcohol or taking drugs while pregnant, the child is not going turn out well. It's going to suffer for the majority of it's life.

-If the mother has no method to provide for the child, ie: still in school, not in a good financial situation

-if the child is due to rape or incest.

Those are the main reasons, but I don't know how I would put that in a paragraph. Like what would be my main points/ the main idea for my paragraphs? Also if you have any other arguments that support my opinion it will be great.

I'm currently learning about World War II, so I figured it might be a good idea to read a novel about it. When I was younger I use to reads tons of fiction novels about this subject, and I learned a decent amount. So does anyone have a recommendation of a fiction (it can be non fiction, as long as it's written as a story) about World War II. I really want a book that covers the majority; or at least a certain part of the war. Also I live in Canada, so we take a general look at the war, and not fully focus on the US part (or at least we didn't for World War I), so can you please recommend a novel with maybe a German point of view.

The last story seems good, but it's quite short (around 20hours). What would you guys recommend. My favorite RPG is probably Tales Of Symphony (I haven't played many, and I only have a Wii). For me the biggest point of the game is the plot. That's what gets me. I love a good story. Also I dont mind if theirs a little bit of romance between characters ( if it's not directly stated that's okay)

I am planning on getting the new iPod, but I can't decide on what color. I can't get red, because I am not going to order it online. I don't like the pink, since it looks more like orange. I dont really care for the black either. So im thinking either the silver/white, blue or yellow. I dont really think I want silver/white since I really want to embrace the fact that they come in colors. At first I was thinking I should get the yellow, but that's because the pictures make it look greenish. Im thinking that the pictures are miss leading. Does anyone have the yellow iPod? If so tell me how it looks. There's always the blue one, but I tend to get quite a bit of blue. Also everyone is getting blue (or from what I read) so I guess I just dont want to follow the trend :P I know that it comes down to personal preference, but I really dont know. What color would you get? What color do you think I should get? And how does the yellow look?

I have an 8GB IPod Touch, but it's time for an upgrade. I'm noticing that more and more apps aren't working and I have to say that it tends to go slow depending what I'm doing. Also when I plug my earphones it isn't fully working (one ear plays). For some reason I either have to hold it and like push it in or turn it a funny way for it to work. I have tried tons of other earphones/headphones so I know it is my IPod. Also both my Brother's Mp3 (which he got like 7 years ago) is probably not going to have that many months left in it. So I can give to him, and it wouldn't feel like I'm completely wasting my money.

Anywho my question is what would you recommend? The 4th Gen or 5th Gen Ipod. Since they only have 32GB and higher for the 5th Gen I will be paying $300. That's quite a bit of money and if it doesn't do much more than the 4th Gen. That being said, I am willing to wait and earn the money if the 5th Generation is the better option.

In Summary:

-What's the difference between the 4th Generation and 5th Generation iPod Touch?

-Is it worth the money? (Ipod 4th Gen 16GB is approx. $200, Ipod 5th Gen 32GB is approx. $300)

-I personally don't use much memory. My 8 GB is nowhere to being full. Therefore, will I be paying extra for memory I don't need?

I was just wondering if you know the cases compatible for my IPod Touch 3rd Gen. Like for example would an 4gen IPod touch case work? I know sometimes you can get a case from the gen lower or higher and it will still fit. Does anyone know if this is true for the IPod touch. I know the 4th gen has a camera but other than the obvious circle for said camera, is there a difference?

For Law class I need to find any criticism/issues surrounding democratic rights in the Charter of Rights and Freedoms. I tried looking on the internet and I couldn't find anything. As well I don't have have any criticism on it, so i don't have an opinion. Please help :)
