THIS IS A C++ PROGRAMMING ISSUE

I am currently developing a game for my school project.

I can only understand basic codes so, please dont answer with VERY complex codes which you think a novice would not understand.

What I need:

1st: Display the current highscores.

2nd: Store the SCORE of the player in file

3rd: Compare it with the stored highscore and

4th: re-write the highscore if the score of the player is higher than that of the previous one.

I want to make a list of 10 scores at a time.if the new score is capable of getting an entry in the list the 10th entry must be removed.

i want to save all this in a file...so that details stay even after exitt of program

Hey. There's something unusual I've seen while I was making a battery charger . Through a12 V Rechargeable battery,potential difference of approx 13V and when a 12V 20 W bulb in series ,as expected potential difference increases to 15 V. Till now every thing's fine.but when3V led attached in series instead of the bulb the potential difference decreases to 11 V. Isn't it strange??
