In April I bought a modular home in a park. The Total cost was 2250. I gave the home owner $300 to take it off the market and a week later I informed her i would have the rest of the money ($1950) as I hadn't gotten paid yet. She agreed and we set up a contract in which I would pay $1950 and my family and I could move in on the 25th of April. I contact her the next week and attempt to pay and she turns us away, her claiming she had to pay taxes on the home (not sure if that is even true). Anyways by the 3rd week in April we are staying in hotels having packed up and stored everything from our old home. Again we try to pay her, and she tells us to wait. The 25th comes around and we attempt to pay her again, she informs us she had messed up her move out date and will be moving out the 27th but she dosent want our money. As we didnt plan on this happening we end up spending additional money, having to cut into the funds we had saved to pay her off. On the 30th when we are finally able to move in after her son moves out, we end up giving her $1400 leaving a balance of 550. We also informed her as we are on a set income that I would not be able to make any payments towards the house till June due to having to spend additional days in hotels, she says this is fine and will work with us. Start of June my husband calls to make a payment, she tells him she will get back to him never does. Now she is demanding full payment after she broke the original contract and a verbal one. Help?

I have over 13,000 in credit debt, this is not including my student loans. I am on a very limited income and at this point in time, while I have been actively looking for a job, accepting one is hard as my husband just had back surgery, four times last year so he cannot work, or take care of our three young children so daycare is not really an option, as any money made will go to that, not towards bills. My husband does not get any sort of disability payments and any help we do get goes to rent and food, and utility bills. We cannot borrow money from family or friends as we have no way to pay them back.

I recently moved back to Colorado after living out of state for nearly 5 years. When I lived here last time my husband and I had rented an apartment where the complex transferred utilities to our name. We never received a bill from the utility company. We went so far as having our mail held at the post office and we would pick it up since we never received our mail box key. My husband was set to deploy and had already left for training when I moved back to California, since we had a new born son and my husband wasn't going to be home we where able to break the lease. I also called the utility company and was informed they where never put into my name. Now that we have moved back I set utilities up in my name and was told I would have to pay my back due balance the only issue - they already sent the account to a collection agency. Since me paying them off isn't going to remove the collection account what should I do? I have no issue paying the utility company or the collection agency, but im not going to pay two companies that same amount of money. I have already contacted DOMA with the issue asking for help from them on what needs to be done.

When I was 17 I joined the military. Right before I was to graduate Basic I got extremely sick with a temp of 102 and had searing back pain like never before. It was so bad I was doubled over and couldn't straighten up and could barely walk. After basic I still had that constant pain but ignored it until I was pcsing out. I was doing the physical and stated I had labored breathing and my arms and legs would go numb an I would get light headed during runs. An Echo was ordered and it was found I have a heart murmur. At that time it didn't bother me unless I was running. Over the next four years it has gotten worse to the point where walking up a flight of stairs, just 5 stairs can wind me. I can be cooking dinner and my breathing becomes labored, or I get light headed. My hip still hurts and the chest pain is just getting worse. While I was in the military the doctors and nurses I saw simply brushed it off as if it was nothing but related to my pregnancy even thought they could see on my record I had had the issue for over a year, long before I was pregnant. Is there anything I can do with my new doctor to get help and stop this? Its gone on for a long time and the military pretty much refused to help with the pain.

Can you break concrete or cement side walks if you drive over them. Can you also break the cement blocks, like the ones at gas stations, if you drive over it?

My husband is watching tv and I'm playing with our 1 yr old son making him giggle. My husband huffs, covers his head up and when I ask what's wrong, he saying I'm being disrespectful making noise and everything when I didn't do that when cartoons where on for the kids. Mind you the kids where like zombies so they weren't looking to play. A commercial comes on and he starts playing with the kids making three times as much noise as I did playing with the baby since he's now playing with all three kids. He continues playing with them during the show, and he can't hear the show, which was what he was complaining about when I was playing with the baby about. Is it me or does it sound hypocritical or was I being disrespectful, when he said I was being disrespectful I stopped playing with the baby.

This last week my son has been gettingdbit by bug bites I think. I just picked a few toys up out of my baby's room and one had a beg bug on it. We never had any issues with bed bugs till this week, right after our new neighbor moved in over the week end. we lived here 6 months no issues and all the sudden bed bugs. I we live in apartments is there anything we can do, she lives wall to wall with us my oldest son is the one getting it the worst. My husband says we will have to pay to have an exterminator come in and exterminated the apartment on the opposite side of us and the new neighbors apartment if we report it first. The thing is, we never had them before this girl moved in. Help

I have an employee that needs an income verification for state cash assistance. They have a medical issue which they won't be able to work for a few weeks and in the state we live there is no medical leave. Should I include this information in the letter as they haven't worked full time in the last month, or inform them they need to get a note from their doctor stating this.

So my husband is adopted and literally idolizes his older adopted brother to the point that its a crazy obsession. When we first got married he would praise him, constantly talk about him etc. This was the first family memeber I had heard anything about other then his adopted mom being a *****. His words not mine. Over the last few years people have constantly ask me if he had deployed, mind you him and his brother where national guard and only the olderbrother deployed, twice. Even his adopted mom asked and she has been the only one I have told no, everyone else I told them if your asking me you have your answer they all responded . Well IMG husband had downloaded pictures of his adopted brother to his cell phone from his tours in Iraq and Afghanistan and he likes to sit there and brag that he was wounded twice that he deployed twice and describes how it is like out there to people who know nothing about military life on base or in combat. To people not in Tue service they think he's cool but service members that have heard him think he's a dip **** ( I do to considering I was active duty) and they want to kick his *** and the older ones typically call him on his lies. Now I have a feeling he's litterally stealing his brother's identity online and showing his Xbox friends and using these pictures to make people think his brother is him. He literally sits her all day playing COD Black Ops, which is the closet thing to combat that he has been to. Is there anyway to just make him realize he dosent need to make stories up or use someone else's stories.

In the last two months my husband has done cocaine and smoked majuiana quite a few tines. He knows I don't like him doing these things and have asked him not to. At this same time I found out he had smoked weed with one of the guys in our apartment complex, this happened when we first got together. Also my husband's adopted parents withdrew him from school because he had been selling prescription pills as a teen. He seems ti know more about drugs then someone that has never done them before. Yesterday he brought home a bong and showed it to me thinking I would find it cool. I think he's still doing drugs and has done so in the past, he states he never has. I just don't know what to do, I grew up with my mom and he boyfriend doing drugs and lived with very little and rarely getting anything new even clothes. We have three young kids and I don't want them to o through what I did.

My husband has his own company and wants his logo and website designed. He started his business last year and asked me to help then as I've been working with Photoshop since I was 14, and have been doing web designs since that time and have been working on graphic design since 8th grade. I was more than happy to help him then, giving him a ton of logo design ideas, none of which he liked, and even took his ideas in mind, and he still didn't like the revised designs. I helped him make a business card his way, aka not using vectors as I suggested and it turned out like crap. Now this year, he is having his design redone and asked for my help. I refused this time and told him I didn't want to help since it was 'obvious' he didn't need my help. He decided to go onto craigslist and find a cheap designer. However, he's been nagging me to make the logo for him. Should I, or just tell him to leave me alone as I already tried to help?

I had mirena placed in Oct 2012. Its near 7 months from then. Every day I had pain on my left side, that at times are so painful I can't move, feel nauseous, and the pain radiates down my left leg. Other times, I have horrid head aches. When I have bowel movements, the pain in my left side can be minimal to extreme even despite the stool's hardness. Every time I do pass, I bleed, it is light but it comes out a dark brown a majority of the time, others it is clear with an orange tint. I'm not sure if I should get it removed or will the symptoms go away.

I have a family member who claimed she had been raped by her own brother and an adopted brother as well as her adopted father. The issues - the brother didnt know about this claim till he had left for the military and found out months later, she first told her adopted mom about it and no one elseit supposedly happened when the brother was 13, her 10. This was after she claimed her adopted father had raped her.She told her biological moms husband (her stepdad) about it and then claimed an adopted brother raped her as well but couldnt name him,she never told her biological mother nor her adopted parents about the other brother and didnt tell her biological mom or stepdad about her adopted dad of raping her. The last issue is she told the brother she claimed had raped her that one of the adopted sisters had done things to her as well. The adopted parents offered to get a restraining order agasint the biological brother, as long as she took a polygraph test ( it had been proven earlier by many of the other children that the adopted father had done nothing and they wanted to make sure shewasnt lying) she refused multiple times to go to the police and take the test. So far she has only told people that would give her the most sympathy, the adopted mother, the step father who never met the brother and the brother who didnt like one of their adopted siblings.

We are moving out of the house we have renter for the last 9 months. We have had a ton of problems, look at my past questions, most of them are health related, mice, mold, water leaking and a sagging send floor, all of which the landlord has been informed off and has done nothing other than charge us. The last time i wrote a 30 day notice, my husband was transfered for work, so we where easily able to break the lease as our landlord knew months before we may be moving. This time around, we have bought a house and we are on a 2 year lease currently and wasting money living here. On the last 30 day notice i put down work transfer, but do i really need to list a reason? With all the problems we have been having with this house is there any need? We don't expect to get our deposit back even if we painted the walls and replaced the carpet (has wear and tear we have already been told we won't get our money back because of that alone .

When I changed my daughters diaper this morning, she had these bumps on her butt. They are clear, not white or yellow and hard, like the bumps you get on the inside of your lower lip. This is the first time this has ever happened and she has only gotten diaper rashes from cloth diapers, which I hate using but my husband refuses to buy disposibles. I've looked up diaper rash and what she has isn't on there, her butt is red, but its not warm, the pumps arent yellow, or oozing yellow pus nor are they white, just clear and firm. I have put her in the bath and have washed her with anti bacterial soap. Any otehr suggestions?

Last month, my LL had a guy from a renovation company come in and look at our plumbing. The problem was that we had water leaking into our kitchen from the bathroom my husband informed him of this immedietly, to the point of going over to his house as we couldn't get ahold of him on his phone. The guy said he couldn't find anything that is after he informed he he had snaked the drain and checked the toilet and the two sinks up stairs and the washer drain. The only problem, a few days after he had came, my husband, I and our two kids had spent the day out having fun and when we came home, our bathroom floor was wet and water was leaking from the toilet. No one was home to do anything to the toilet. Now, our bathtub is taking not minutes to drain but close to an hour and a half and the kitchen sink down stairs is also taking longer to drain. There is no hair in the drains and when we plunge it, the water dosen't drain out and the toilet starts to leak. Our landlord is charging us for the plumber to come when all he did was take a panel off to the bathroom and state ' Nothing is wrong!' flushed the toilet, turned the water on and thats it. Can he legally do this? There is nothing in our lease about such things and he wants us to pay to replace the roof in the kitchen and pay for the plumber who did nothing but stand there. I also told him how his connections to the washer would leak when the washer wasn't in use and I just turned them off and didn't notice any water damnage till the kitchen leaked as my husband had me check every source of water up stairs.

I have a Brother LX3125 sewing machine. In total it has been used for about 5 days, and I have had it for a little over a year. Last year, I was sewing a button to a shirt for my husband, and it stopped bringing up the bottom thread. I have already had it cleaned, replaced the bobbin casing because the screw kept falling out every time I changed the bobbin. I have contacted Brother support nurmerious times with no help other than ' send it to us or take it to a center' there are not center in my state at all. I already know the issue, its a timing problem. I can take it to the local sewing shop and pay 85 dollars for it to be repaired ( I only paid 90 for this machine new). I have found a lot of DIY on how to fix the timing, yet its all for singer, are there any websites for Brother machines?

Everytime I dream its in full color, the colors are not blurry at all and are extreamly clear such as a humans skin is the right shade and fits their shape. Does this have any meaning or is it normal to dream in full color?

Just started washing a load of laundry and the washer broke, i think its the belt. The only problem is its the landlords, who has to replace the belt? I have had problems with multiple appliences the land lord has stated are new, refridgerator was 'new' but had mold on it and had been spray painted, my husband just went out and bought us a new refridgerator and we are still waiting for the landlord to remove his, its been a week since we got ours. My husband has already offered to buy a brand new washer and dryer set (again we had brand new ones when we moved in but landlord didnt want to remove his). I wash clothes about once a week, normally Wednesday, and the washer has been having problems since I washed a large load of towels in it and wouldn't act up if i washed an extreamly small load of clothes in it. This washer can take oversized loads like blaknets (huge thick blankets) so I know i didn't over load it when I washed the towels, or this recent load of clothes and it only made noise when it was spinning out before rinse. Since its gone on week 2 of waiting for a refridgerator to be removed, should i just go ahead and have it repaired? Or end up waiting till next year when the 'maintanace' man will most likely be able to come and remove the fridge and fix the washer?

Recently i have noticed whenever i run the washing machine, water starts dripping from the ceiling. About a month ago my son flushed his underwear into the toilet, but everything has been working fine. No water leaking when we shower, use the bathtub or flush the toilet, only happeneds right before the washer drains. Another thing is the washer pipe is pvc pipe and goes under the tub and joins into its drain, the two sinks up stairs and toilet joins in further down. This started about a week ago, when i last did laundry. The pipe then runs down into the wall, where there is no leakage. The floor in the laundry room is hard wood and there is no damage there and the leak is only in the kitchen along an area where they remodeled and far from the joining pipes,the leak isnt spreading. Im very confused as no other area in the kitchen shows damage, there arent wet floors in the upstairs, no constant leaking, nothing, the washer dosent have water stains around it, could it be something else as the leaking only occurs when washing? The water appears right at the end of the wash cycle.
