Crazy Cats... I have this really crazy cat, he loves to eat toilet paper. Strange yes, but will it hurt him in any way?
It is like crack to this hairball of mine. We try to hide it, everything but putting it in the closet. Imagine that one sitting on the bowl, tp in the closet. We put it in a metal cylinder doesn't help. We have tried everything to keep him away, but can't.
I know I am going to get answers about hiding the TP, but I request not to.
I simply just want to know if this will harm him or not. So far after about a month or so it doesn't appear to. Eats fine, poops fine, plays fine...hmmm
7 AnswersCats7 years agoAm I taking too many vitamins?
I recently went to my doctor and was diagnosed with blood pressure and high/bad cholesterol levels. He also advised me that if I didn't do anything about it, my heart would severely get worse. Now I know what you must be thinking..."Some fat guy with a poor diet and exercises very little, if any at all." This could not be farther from the truth. I am barley in my 30's, 74" tall, and weigh 210 pounds. My doctor prescribed medication for both the blood pressure and cholesterol; however he told me that it was ok to take OTC vitamins to help.
My question to you all is this: "Am I taking too much of the vitamins below?" This is what I am currently taking:
Morning time / 6:00am
Fish Oil 2400 mg
Vitamin D 1000 i.u.
Super B-Complex (1 tablet)
Night time / 6:00pm
Fish Oil 2400 mg
Vitamin D 1000 i.u.
Super B-Complex (1 tablet)
"One a day" Men's Health Formula, vitamin (1 tablet)
I am currently pondering the idea of adding a low dose of Niacin into the regiment. Maybe 100mg a day and night...that is if I can withstand the flush effect.
Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

5 AnswersAlternative Medicine1 decade agoTrojan Virus issue, please help!?
Greetings all,
My AVG Anti-Virus picked up on the following virus:
\ice\fire\traymgr.exe Troj_VB.JUC
and I don't know how to get it removed. In fact, it has spread to my USB drive as well. Every time AVG is run (autorun on startup), it picks up on the virus and moves it to the vault and deletes it automatically. However it keeps coming back.
On a side note...I tried to install and run ComboFix, so that I could copy and paste the log on here. Everytime I try to install it I get a message stating "Can not install on this OS." After some research, I have found that ComboFix does work on my OS (Vista). I'm at a loss.
Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated! If you need to know specs or anything of the sort about my computer please let me know.

For some reason the release date keeps getting pushed back.
2 AnswersMovies1 decade agoWhat do you use to clean your badge/shield?
I was recently given my shield and it was filthy! It was tarnised very badly, the whole thing was green and brown, and to include it had something peeling off of it. I used Brasso to clean up the tarnish and regular Crest toothpaste to try and shine it some. It looks a HELL of a lot better than it did, but it does not have that gleam of a new badge. Any ideas?
5 AnswersLaw Enforcement & Police1 decade agoWhy did you want to be a Law Enforcement Officer?
After 6 months of North Carolina Basic Law Enforcement Training (BLET) aka rookie school, I finally took the state exam yesterday. THANK GOD I PASSED! lol, now I just have to find employment.
I am just being curious...but what are some of the reasons why you wanted to become a LEO?
Oh, and don't give me the "book" answer either :)
2 AnswersLaw Enforcement & Police1 decade agoCholine Vitamins/Supplements?
Does anyone know where I can buy “Choline” Supplements? I am not looking for a multivitamin, or something that is high in Choline. I am trying to find just a simple supplement that will just provide me Choline.
On a side note, can anyone tell me the correct daily amount of Choline for a child, teen, adult and elderly person?
2 AnswersDiet & Fitness1 decade agoLaw Enforcement Gear (gloves) question.?
Greeting’s all,
I have a question about Law Enforcement Gloves. I am currently going through rookie school and was told to get a good pair of gloves for work. I understand that most likely will not get everything I want in the glove and will have to compromise. However, I thought I would get your guy’s “professional” opinion.
I am looking for a durable, black leather glove with maximum dexterity that could be used for almost anything; braking, raking or using a battering ram for example.
They must be breathable, water and cut/slash resistant (CE Cut Resistance), lined/insulated not really concerned with. I understand with the specs I want, it will not necessarily be lightweight however I would like it to be if at all possible.
The knuckles need to be reinforced for extra protection, hard polymer perhaps.
As for the palm side of the finger tips, I would like to be able to have sensitive touch. This way I could have good grip and dexterity when handling small objects.
On the palm itself (meaty portion to be exact), I would like some type of hard foam, or even Kevlar perhaps. This is more so for shock absorption when “hitting objects.”
So what do you guys think? Any ideas? If I can’t the specs I like, which areas do you think I should sacrifice? I understand that the glove I am looking for will not be cheap, this is not an issue. Please advise…
4 AnswersLaw Enforcement & Police1 decade agoWhat is the best concealed firearm to carry?
Greetings Everyone,
I was hoping to get your professional opinion on a firearm for concealed carry. What do you “believe” is the best firearm to carry concealed? I understand that ultimately it depend on me the shooter; however, I would still appreciate your opinions. Here is some information to tell you a little more about me.
I am a 27 year old male, 73” and 215lbs, that has separated from the Marine Corps after 8 years of honorable service. I live in Eastern NC and my daily attire consists of khakis and a polo shirt. I am currently in the Basic Law Enforcement Training (BLET) and plan to begin carrying all the time now. I am at the shooting range at a minimum once a week, for about an hour or so.
I need a firearm that will work when/if I need it to, maybe a revolver…but am keen on a semi-auto compact. I am not looking for a large caliber, maybe a 9mm. Yet, I am still open to suggestion on this part. However, I definitely do NOT want a HAND CANNON! The weight of the firearm really isn’t an issue, however it MUST be able to accommodate a laser sight attachment (Wife can’t shoot all that well…lol).
I like the .45ACP, but it doesn’t feel quite right. The Springfield V-10 and Taurus P-10 are easy to conceal, even in a holster. I like the Glock 26, it is easy on the recoil. Glock’s in general are simple, reliable and accurate. I don’t like the Kahr’s, there are too many problems/issues. The Kel-Tec p-3at is too small, yet good.
You can obviously see my dilemma in picking the “right” concealed carry firearm. Can you please give me your opinions on what I should try-out.
Thank you!
18 AnswersHunting1 decade agoSam's Club Credit Card Limit Lowered, why?
Just the other day I received a letter from GM Money Bank (Sam's Club) stating that my $5,000 credit limit is being lowered to $250. The letter did not state why. When I contacted the bank, they stated "We sent you a letter stating why" then put me on hold and never picked back up.
I only have 2 credit cards. Sam's Club and a Mastercard, both HAD a $5,000 credit limit. I have never been late on a payment and always paid my dues in full. I have never used more than $1,000 on either card. Also, I do not have allot of debt either...just a house payment that started 3 years ago and these 2 credit cards.
Can anyone tell me why they lowered my credit limit and is there anything I can do about it?

1 AnswerDiet & Fitness1 decade agoOJ Simpson Trial (Continued thread)?
I have started this thread a bit earlier today. I would love for it to be continued. Does anyone else have any other comments to make?
I still need to give out my 10 points for best answer...
2 AnswersLaw & Ethics1 decade agoWhy do you think OJ Simpson was found not guilty back in 1994?
Do you believe it was because...
A. He "had" money
B. The integrity of the LA Police Department
C. Authenticity of the evidence
D. Fear of the LA riots being sparked up again
E. Your own thoughts or feelings...
Now I know what most of you are thinking and the answer is no. This is not a homework assignment. Just a debate between my co-workers and I.

8 AnswersOther - News & Events1 decade agoUnited States at War with itself?
Do you think that the United States will ever be at war with itself again? Now I don't mean the South vs. the North again.
More along the lines of our 2 governments splitting...Federal vs. State? Different states picking different governments, thus an internal war.

I start the BLET course for North Carolina in January. Does anyone have any good suggestions on how I can better prepare myself for this?
Due to my prior military experience, I am already physically fit. This will most certainly help me. But as far as academics, or anything else...have any good suggestions?
