What is "point of production" on a GSA MAS Price List?
Please only answer if you understand GSA MAS contracts. If commercial software has been coded in several different places but is being sold to govt by a US LLC, how should the "point of production" be filled in?

1 AnswerOther - Business & Finance3 weeks agoWhy does ATO say a capital loss cannot be offset against income but must be carried forward & only be offset against a future capital gain?
I have looked at the Income Tax Act and cannot find a section on this. Is this just the ATO's opinion? On what authority do they impose this rule?

I have a single member LLC with one full time employee. I do not work full time in the business myself but have my own full time job and run the business "on the side". The employee is paid through my bank's online payroll service, gets a W2, health insurance etc. My problem is that I misunderstand all the implications of electing to be taxed as an S corp. In 2010 I was not an "employee" of the business and was not paid through payroll. Now I cannot figure out how to do my taxes. What should I do?

3 AnswersHunting1 decade agoCan an XBox 360 or Wii really be used as a data projector?
Someone told me that it was possible to hook up an Xbox 360 (or a Wii) to a computer and TV and show the PC desktop on teh the television screen. In other words, get the same effect as a data projector. Sounds too good to be true! Does anybody know if this is really possible? If so, how exactly would it be done? If it is not true, any other suggestions for using a redundant Xbox 360 that is not wanted for Xbox gaming?

2 AnswersVideo & Online Games1 decade agoBipolar Scholarships? Does anyone know of scholarships for people with bipolar disorder?
I am adding information on them to my website.
See http://www.bipolar-lives.com/bipolar-scholarships....
for the scholarships I have already documented.
What I need is more to add to this list because as you can see it is not very many.
There must be some more scholarship possibilities out there for bipolar people, and this is an issue that lots of people want more information about.

A friend of mine is considering starting a Liberty Tax franchise. Does anyone have experience and know whether these are good business opportunities or not?
IN PARTICULAR - What is the typical investment? What is the typical return? Liberty are supplying him with lots of info on franchisee support, Liberty's growth and hsitory, etc, - but it is hard to get any independent info on the real numbers involved.
1 AnswerSmall Business1 decade agoWhat effect does smoking have on the balance of oxygen & carbon dioxide in the body (lungs, bloodstream)?
I want to know if smoking raises or lowers carbon dioxide relative to oxygen. For example, does smoking a single cigarette raise or lower carbon dioxide? Does it effect the actual ratio of oxygen and carbon dioxide? Please - no anti-smoking rants or "smoking is bad for you" generalities - what I need is an answer to this specific question please. Thanks!
