When things get really bad, and the world looks it's darkest, you just have to throw up your hands and say "Well alright!" ......... 'Cause it's probably gonna get a whole hell of a lot worse!

If there is one player that's beating your team, is it okay to take cheap shots to force him from the game?

So, I was watching the Titans and Browns playing today and it was very apparent that the Browns had no answer for QB Jake Locker. So they altered their game plan to include a steady stream of cheap shots on the quarterback until he was forced from the game.

He was replaced with a immobile Charlie Whitehurst and, though he did throw 2 TD passes, the Browns proceeded to adjust to a QB that was no threat to run and completed the comeback victory. So, is it okay to intentionally knock someone out of the game to get a win?

  • Does anyone know of any sites that buy old AD&D and other RPG's?

The only site I know of that buys old role playing games is nobleknight.com and I've sent them a list of all my old games (ranging from the original basic D&D, AD&D, GURPS, etc). I'm wondering if anyone else might know of some other sites that I could send my list to. I just want to make sure I'm getting the best money for my old games. Thanks in advance!!

  • Which actor would you consider to be the most underrated?

I have to say that Paul Rudd is by far the most underrated actor in my opinion. He is only now starting to come into his own now that he will turn 40 this year. Two amazing movies that fans of his might of missed would be Overnight Delivery (also starring Reese Witherspoon), and The Object of My Affection (also starring Jennifer Anniston). I have to say that as a guy just slightly younger than Paul Rudd, I tear up when I watch The Object of My Affection. I would love to hear from the rest of you though!

  • Championship help at QB please!?

I need help deciding on a QB. My league awards 1 point per 25 yards passing, 6 points per TD, and -1 point per int. I need to decide on a starting qb and I have Matt Cassel, Kurt Warner, and Philip Rivers. Two of them are playing in a blizzard with 20mph winds and Rivers is playing in sunny Tampa Bay (against a still pretty good pass defense despite a couple of off games). Who should I start?

  • Phantom of the Opera (2004) question.. Please answer!?

Did Gerard Butler, Emmy Rossum, and Patrick Wilson actually do most of the singing for the movie or did other people sing for them? Any help anyone can give would be very appreciated, as I am a huge fan of the actual Andrew Lloyd Webber musical on Broadway and have seen it several times. Thanks in advance!

  • What is the first R rated movie you ever saw and how old were you?

Just completely curious here to see what other people's first R rated experience was. The first R rated movie I ever saw was The Shining (1980) w. Jack Nicholson. I was allowed to watch on video by my parents in 1982 when I was 10. That may explain why those ghost twins still freak me out, lol. Let me know about your experiences.

  • Fallout 3 -- Am I the only one who cannot detect a festering ghoul before I'm attacked?

With just about every other enemy, they appear as the normal red indicator before you stumble upon them. However, with the festering ghouls, I can be standing in a room that I've just determined to be empty and then suddenly..... I'm attacked by one of those d*mn ghouls! Even then, they don't appear as a red blip until I circle around and actually find them. It kinda freaks me out when I know I have to go to some place where they are. Anyone else have this problem? I play on PS3 if it matters.

  • Do you believe in ghosts?

Basically, I'm wondering how many people believe in any aspect of the supernatural. Share your thoughts and/or any experiences you may have had. Personally, I belive in ghosts. One of my better experiences was when I was 15 or so and I remember it to this day. I was in my bed sleeping and there was nobody else in the house as my parents had gone out for the night. Well I woke up in the middle of the night, rolled over and my arm came to rest on something that was at least 6" off the mattress. I can assure you that I was not sleeping with any stuffed animals at the time and as I said, I was alone at the time. I braved a glance and saw nothing next to me, so I rolled back over to the other side of the bed. I didn't feel scared for some reason and quickly fell back asleep. I like to think that my grandmother was keeping an eye on me. What about all of you?

  • How many believe the Titans will beat the Colts?

The Colts are a pure passing team so far this year. They have not been able to run the ball consistently against anyone. The Titans can generate pressure against any QB with just their front four. Also, sure Kerry Collins doesn't throw the ball all over, but we can run the ball for at least 200 yards on the Colts, so we just need him to not turn the ball over. I am predicting a win for the Titans by 10 points if Manning plays well, and by about 20 if he does not. What do you think?

  • Is The Goonies one of the best movies of all time?

Ok, I'm a guy in my early 30's & I'm just wanting to see what people think about the movie The Goonies. It's in my top 10 list of all time, and I'm wanting to see what others think of it. Just let me know where it ranks on your list (even if it's just right off the top of your head). Thanks!

Ok, first thing's first.... I'm from Tennessee, so please don't bash my team too bad, lol. Basically, I'm wondering what you all think about the Titans and if you think they can make the playoffs and eventually the Superbowl. Oh, and if you think they can, do you think they might win?

  • Anyone have any info on the new Masters of the Universe movie?

The movie is supposedly due out in 2009, so I was wondering if anyone had any actual info on this movie yet. Doesn't matter if it's regarding plot, cast, director, etc. Any info would be welcome! Oh, and I'm in my 30's so yes, I'm a little old for this movie but I was a huge fan of the original cartoon and thought the original movie all but killed the show. Thanks!

  • May I have your opinions of Erik the Viking?

I love the movie from start to finish, and I think Tim Robbins did a great job, especially in the fight scene where he thought the Cloak of Invisibility actually worked! The movie was funny as well as having some dramatic moments mixed in. I'd like to hear from anyone who has seen this...... Favorite scenes, favorite quotes, favorite characters, etc. Let me hear from ya!!

Oh, and please don't respont with...... "Why should you care?"

Cause my answer will just be....... "I don't know, I just do!"

  • Which of the Evil Dead Trilogy was your favorite and why?

Yes trilogy... Evil Dead, Evil Dead 2, and Army of Darkness for those who aren't true fans. Seriously though, I liked the second one the best probably for the sheer morbid humor of it. Like when Ash was laughing when he cut of his hand. I did really like Army of Darkness too though, especially with the book in the graveyard..... Also, can anyone in all of acting scream better than Bruce Campbell (Someone's in my fruit cellar.... someone with a fresh soul" ..... not to mention did you know that's the only reason they cast him for the movie Congo)? Best answer goes to the person who answers all aspects of the question. Feel free to email me if you'd like to talk further by the way!

  • Do all dogs go to Heaven? (Or pets in general actually)?

I'm in my early 30's and I just had to put my dog and best friend (of 13 years) Terry to sleep. He had several problems including, arthritis, tumors, cataracts, allergies to grass, etc. So I'm wondering.... I've never been a big time religious person, as far as attending church all the time. Let me tell you though, I do believe that we are not here by accident, and I certainly pray once a night (and I do go to church at least twice a month). I know there are several religions that say that pets don't have souls, so what I'm asking is.... Do you believe that pets can go to Heaven (or at least to their own Heaven)? Having asked this, I believe I will see Terry again, so I'm asking for some reassurance I guess, but don't be afraid to hold back your true feelings.
