In Texas, I have determined I want a specific phone number which spells out something (for example, DOG YUMS, HOT COLD, SKY DIVE, etc). The number I want is already in use by someone else. How do I go about getting the number for my own use?

I came across this record label in San Marcos, TX and was interested in finding out more about them, but there's not much to see. I was wondering if anyone had any insight into who runs this operation, if they're any good, where they're located in San Marcos (address on website is a PO Box) and any other pertinent info.

I'm thinking they're scam operation but willing to look at all the info before making a final judgement.

I understand that Texas is a community property state (meaning everything is shared equally in a divorce settlement except for items brought in before the marriage (loosely)). Recently I discovered my wife having an affair. I’m trying to reconcile, but I don’t think its going well.

My wife has always made a little more money than I but doesn’t and hasn’t contributed to paying the mortgage, taxes, or major upgrades. I also paid for most of the furnishings, but am willing to let her have almost all of them. She didn’t contribute to the down payment (it was actually borrowed from my father).

Does the fact that there’s been infidelity on her part work in my favor at the divorce table? Should I be able to keep the house in my name?

I live less than 20 miles from work. The drive is a combination of stop and go and highway. I've ridden mostly dirt bikes but really like the Yamaha Warrior (1700cc's). I'd also like to hit the back roads once in awhile and tear up the countryside... all on paved roads. Is the Warrior too big for a daily commuter? and Why?
