Its leaking out of the hole where the relief valve is coming out. It not leaking from the valve itself. It seems like it overflowing out of the hole from the inside. Any ideas of a way I can repair this myself?

Less than a year old. HP ENVY i7. Seems like suddenly the past week. It freezes. I have webroot installed. I actually don't use it very much. And only do basic browsing. Some games. I saw a reddish light traveling across the sky on the 4th of july. And no, it wasn't fireworks. It didn't change directions. Then the light faded out, reignited. Then faded out again. And we never saw it again. I am in Connecticut and this was around 9:30 that night. It was travelling from west to east. Just wondering if anyone else saw this. I am looking for a website the has laws and regulations for internet gaming laws. Specifically, laws to protect customers from manipulation and false representation of a game owned by a chinese company. I have thousands of documented hours to prove that this game is manipulating outcomes of certain areas of the game. This is a free game to play, with options to purchase "diamonds" for a more rewarding game experience. This game has fixed certain aspects of it to try and manipulate people in feeling the need to spend real money to get more out of the game. I understand that no one "has to" buy anything. But there has got to be laws from a company purposefully fixing the game so that only paying players are successful.

I took the back off my laptop to clean out the fan. Only thing i removed was the screws. Put it all back together exactly the same. Turned the computer back on and it said"operating system not found". Any ideas why? (Sony Viao i5 )

I have a couple thousand to play around with to try and increase it as much as possible. I could by and sell cars or invest in penny stocks. I would like to buy and sell things to try and have a quick turn around. I do not want my money to be tied up for too long. 2002 3.8l V6 Pontiac Firebird. I think it is p0171/p0174 system lean codes. Bank 1 and 2. Would suggest to me a vacuum leak. I just had the whole top end rebuilt and resealed because of theses codes. Codes stayed away for almost 3 months then returned. According to my scan tool, they only come on at idle. About 2 weeks ago i put fuel system cleaner in and the codes came back on after about 10 miles. So, my only thoughts are, The fuel cleaner broke up some crap and clogged some injectors, a dirty mass air flow meter, or the crack i have in my air box lid. I have not yet sprayed around my engine to check for another vacuum leak. Any other ideas?
