I have recently been hired at domino's. Just today I found out I am going to Florida to see my family down there for nine days at the beginning of July. In addition, I need two days off in august, three in September, and I can't work thanksgiving. Is this too much? I can't skip any of it and there may be important things that come up as well.

My family is having troubles right now so my mom took me to talk to my pastor's wife, like she was a therapist or something. We got to talking about affection towards my family and I said I don't usually hug them or tell them I love them. Showing affection is a big fear i have and i have absolutely no idea how to show it anyway. So, she told me i was being selfish for not showing them love. That made me feel like ****, even though it's a serious problem for me. Is that really selfish? Professional advice or simple opinions are all welcome.

I don't want a tattoo anytime soon, but I'm curious on how long it would take to get a tattoo that says "Demons run when a good man goes to war." in just black. Thanks!

I have played the clarinet for over 6 years now and want to start learning brass because I've been thinking about trying out for DCI. I was thinking about learning trumpet because clarinet and trumpet have the same staff notes. I was also thinking about trombone because I always thought it was cool and I know bass clef from playing piano. So, yeah. Should I try trumpet or would it mess with my clarinet playing?

We're doing a gift exchange at my school and I got this boy who is 14 years old. He likes video games and he is passionate about church. That's pretty much all I know about him. Anyone have a cheap, school appropriate gift idea?

I have a severe fear of change. I get super anxious when anyone mentions change in even the slightest way. I was wondering if someone can have a fear or change and commitment, because I recently realized that whenever I get too close to a guy I just start hating them or I convince myself that they are annoyed with me and stop talking to them. It seems like having these fears would just cancel themselves out, but I don't know. Is it even fear of commitment?

I'm in 9th grade and my test said my Lexile range is 1257-14,071. Is this accurate? It seems like too large of a range.

So there's a guy that goes to my school, we talk on facebook often. He starts the conversation half of the time, and I do the other half. We tend to have some really fun conversations. But, when we're at school, I will say hi and he will say hi and that's almost all that happens. Sometimes he will do that head nod thing at me when we make contact in the hallway. He isn't a jock in any way, shape, or form, he would maybe be considered a kind of dork. (I love dorks, don't get me wrong!) He has other friends that are girls that he kind of messes with, but he mostly hangs around his guy friends. In the past week, however, we've talked on Facebook maybe twice and he hasn't really made eye contact with me many times. So yeah, what's going on here?

There is a nest right outside a window in my house that we have been observing for a while now. The mama bird had the baby and it's pretty big. We haven't seen the mom for quite a while and we have no idea what to do. The bird is still alive, but it looks as if it fell out of the nest and is now huddled in the corner of my porch. Should we try and pick it up? Should we call someone?

I'm 15 and I'm allowed to wear makeup, but I never take the time in the morning to put it on. I feel like if I do wear makeup people will think I'm trying to be something I'm not, and I'm scared I will start to feel like my normal face is ugly. (I do wear it for special occasions,though.) Is this a good way for me to think, or would makeup be a good thing to wear more often?

Adalei and Bane Tenor are twin siblings, and now 18, Bane will leave and Adalei's life is to remain exactly as it was. However, once the woman is pregnant they must return to their government jobs in the city never to see the child or its mother again for fear that they may become distracted from their work.

I already went to the control panel and clicked uninstall but then it didn't do anything. I went back and it said it was uninstalled but this stupid thing still pops up as my home screen after I change it back to what it was. What should I do now?

I have gotten x-rays on my back for unrelated reasons, but the x-ray showed I have one less rib on my left side. Anyway, my ribs feel otherwise different. My right rib cage feels like it is flat but the left feels higher up and curved. It this normal?

I like a boy. He's catholic and goes to church regularly. I'm non-denominational and go to church often as well. I think this boy likes me back, but I don't know if this is a good thing for me to be doing. I second guess myself VERY often, and this is the first thing I haven't second guessed myself on for a long time. I really like him a lot, and I don't feel bad for liking him. I just have lots of anxiety about what God wants for me. Would God let me like a boy that I shouldn't? Is he testing me by not letting me second guess myself? Then I asked him a math question on facebook as an excuse to talk to him and he answered and we were talking just fine. Then the next day he didn't talk to me and I didn't have a chance to really talk to him. He talk to me once on facebook about math. The next day he didn't talk to me at all the next day but I said I to him and he said hi back. Once again I started a conversation with him on facebook and it was a completely normal conversation, not about math or school. Then the next day he didn't say anything! Before I talked to him on facebook the first time it seemed like he liked me but now I don't even know. Whenever I have a chance to talk to him at school I'm with my friends and he's with his. He's kinda a shy person, he doesn't really have girl friends. I don't feel like I'm being annoying, but I feel like he thinks I'm annoying since he won't talk to me outside of facebook.

He used to say hi to me a lot and kinda tease me about how quiet I am. He hasn't really talked to me for a few week but I've said hi and talked to him on Facebook. He's talked to me on Facebook once before. I feel like he's annoyed with me. When I talk to him on facebook he'll keep the conversation going but he doesn't seem too into it and I feel like he feels like i'm making fun of him because I'm kinda weird on facebook. I'm tired of starting conversations and I don't want to anymore if it's annoying him. He's kinda shy and he's kinda in the loser group, I guess. (I don't care though) I'd be fine with just being his friend, too. I just really want to get to know him.
