I am starting to run every morning and ordered the Insanity workout program (its like P90X). Is it worth spending another 22-30 bucks to buy a protein shake formula to drink while on a workout plan? If so, what does it exactly do?

In other words how can i apply physics to make a pasta bridge? (i.e. friction, gravity...ect.)

So me and my boyfriend have been together for nearly three years. we were fooling around and he pushed me off of him and then he came (he didn't want it to get on me). Then like usual, he went into the bathroom and washed off. Then a few hours later we went to this "beach" (it is a man made lake with boats and stuff - brown, dirty water, but fresh water, not salt). We were with friends and all of a sudden he had to use the bathroom so instead of walking a long way to get to the bathroom, he just went in the water (he went away from all of us). Well when he went to go wash off the in the bathroom before, he didn't pee everything out like he usually does - so he thinks he may have let all of that out into the water when he went in the water. Right after he finished he said i swam over by him. He is afraid he may have gotten me pregnant. Could I be? I had just started my period the day before, and i was wearing a pad along with a swim suit and shorts. The water was also warm in some spots and freezing in other spots.

i have this huge pimple and it hurts real bad. i am using my usual stuff on it, but was also wondering if rubbing alcohol works to get rid of it fast? (just to put it on the pimple itself not my whole face)?...is there anything else besides this that works too? (besides toothpaste?)

I just dyed my hair with Splat hair product. it left spots of dye in my scalp and on my face... i was wondering what removes the spots from those areas without striping the color from my hair. thanks

i DESPERATELY need to loose weight. Please dont tell me its very unhealthy to loose weight fast - i know. all i need to know is can i loose 10 pounds in 1-2 weeks if i stay on ONLY liquid soups and fruit smoothies (that only contain fruit - nothing else)? this is along with going to the gym.

i have mono and have about another week until i am not contagious anymore. is it okay if i kiss my boyfriend on the cheek or something? or will that get him sick even if i do that??

Okay so i need to loose weight and fast...if i went on an all liquid diet...like soups and smoothies...can i loose about 10 pounds in a week?...i heard that liquids process quicker and somehow (cant remember exactly) but helps loose weight faster....is this possible? i also go to the gym about 3 days a week for about 45 min to an hour.

alright so yesterday i found a little bump on my left boob on side of the nipple....it kinda looks and feels like a pimple and its red....is it a pimple or could it be something else?

GUYS ONLY...would a guy like it if his girl took a shower at his house and "air dried"...a.k.a. walking through his house naked...or like cooked dinner in the nude?

So i just got a ferret today. He is 10 weeks old. I figured he would be shy when i first took him out, and he was. Then he of coarse wondered around me room just sniffing everything. then once i went to go pick him up he puffed his tail as if he was scared. i was just wondering if this was normal, i am assuming by him being scared he wasnt handled a lot. but whenever he wanted to go to sleep he came and crawled up on me and wen to sleep...is all of this normal? jw..any suggestions on what i should do to let him know this is his home now?

ive just been looking around on the internet for a ferret costume for like halloween and stuff (yes i know its a ways away)...but i was just looking...anyone have any good websites they go to for ferret clothes? lol

I am getting a ferret on about 2 weeks and need to know if a * 30 x 18 x 36"H with 7/16" bar spacing is big enough for one ferret.

i use to have two rats and got a standard wired cage for them. (they would maybe fit an arm out of the cage between the bars.)...i am getting ready to buy a gerbil to try something new and was wondering if i would be able to use my old wire cage...would they be able to squeeze out? (and they would already be full grown by the time i got them)

so i took my rat out today and i found a red sore looking thing on both hind legs...on of them looks like it just finished bleeding or something and is sticky...she doesnt seem to be bothered by it at all...im just worried...any ideas on what it is or what i can do to treat it? or prevent from any other ones from popping up? (i have had her for about a year now. and this is the first time i have seen something like this. and i keep her and her cage mate (another female) in a wire cage with pine bedding. )
