My friend died last week..every day I cry.

my mother in law lives with us. she is in her 70s and in the winter will turn the heat on almost 80. IN the summer she turns the air on to like 60. The bills are so high.

Can we lock it out so that she cant change the heat or air but in a way that she wont know it

1) your parents and brothers never call or come over.. I mean NEVER!!!!!\

2) your brother has a 40th birthday party and your not invited.( the excuse I get is that it was at a bar and I am not really a drinker) but I still would of went for the food and music..

3) they took my nephew to a child amusement park and I was not invited.

when ever I see my nephew its only when I make the effort and go see him at my moms( grandmas)

I have been at my apartment 4 years now.. I live 3 miles away from my family and they have never been here.

My mom tells me I am to sensitive.. Am I wrong to feel this way?

How important is it that your friends and family like your boyfriend/girlfriend/husband/wife?

My boyfriend is a really good guy.. He has a college education. He goes to church. He does not do any drugs or drink.. He is a really nice guy and I feel I am falling inlove with him..My friends are really great people and will accept anyone I date unless they are a bad person of course.. But the problem is that my brother and his wife judge anyone I ever date.. Because my current boyfriend is into go to church and does not drink etc I am sure they will make fun of him..

I know thats now a nice word to say.. But she did not actually say it on tv...And black people cant really say they are upset about it since they call eachother that all day long..

I really notice this a lot on the phone..But he also does it in person..

He will say something or you can tell him something and he giggle real low..

He says its a tick he has...

But I find it to get on my nerves..

When I told him my uncle and cancer he did it.. I got pissed... He claims that he is not aware when he does it

They did a root scale cleaning ( I think thats what its called) The dental insurance I have sucks real bad.. They did not cover much of it at all.. Anyways I have to go back in 4 months for a cleaing.. Its my understanding that the cleaning will not be the same as people who dont have gum disease...Does anyone know how much it will cost?

when i turn the oven on it takes about 10 seconds then i hear a woosh sound and it lights,,Its almost like the gas is on to long so then the sound i hear is a big puff of gas buring

If I have $32,000 in my 401 k and I was to cash it out(bad idea I know but might not have a choice) how much would I get to keep?

Second question is do they take taxes out of it? Or will I have to pay more on the taxes at the end of the year?

I had not been to the dentist in over 8 years ( I know stupid) anyways trust me I learned from this mistake.

Ok so last summer I noticed my gums getting swollen and red.. So I tried to fix it myself with saltwater etc. Finally 2 weeks ago I gave in and went to see the dentist... I was told I have gum disease.. They did a deep root scale and sold me a rotadent electric toothbrush with some special toothpaste to use. This was two weeks ago today and my gums look so much better.. No more red swollen gums..I was told it will take 3-4 weeks for my gums to heal and I have to go back to the dentist at the end of March for a check up..Maybe more scraping.

I have a few questions

1) what will they do at my next app.

2) what is a good mouthwash and toothpaste to use to help keep gum disease under control

3) I was reading on the internet I might need to get teeth cleaned every 3 month? What is the future car for this..

I must add I will never go years again ever without the dentist.. I now brush and floss my teeth like crazy so this wont happen again.. I have dental insurance but it sucks.. After the insurance picked up there part of the deep clean on my teeth I was still stuck paying $1500.. I cant afford this every 3 months...

I can however afford a regular cleaning ever 6 months.. With good oral care in between...

I have a 2009 chevy aveo.. Thursday on my way to work I hit a pot hole really hard... It was so hard it felt like I hit a tree.. The tire never went flat but the rim on the tire was bent..I put the spare tire on it,and then Saturday went to a tire shop to get a new rim.. When there I asked them to check the alignement on the car..

They checked it and then told me that I have front end damage.. They said the whole front is shifted and I need to contact my insurance company and then take the car to a body shop...

He said maybe the frame is bent or that the suspension is shifted..He really was not sure,.. But said that for sure the car is shifted...

So I have a app tomorrow at the body shop..

So my question is what do you think it can be? And can it be fixed or will the car be a total loss..

I have been on Atkins since January 1st.. I lost 15 pounds in the first 3 weeks...But for the last week and a half I have not lost anything.. I dont understand why, Let me give you a example of what I eat.

Breakfast 2-3 eggs and 2 pieces of sausage

snack mid morning Atkins bar

lunch Tuna and Mayo or Some meat and spinach or asparagus

afternoon snack one ounce of cheese and a beef stick

dinner meat and spinach or asparagus or devil eggs and spinach or asparagus

I was drinking fruit punch with splenda also..Plus water

I did not exercise at all.. I started to exercise today by walking for 30 minutes

why did my weight loss stop after 3 weeks? Please help

The Apartment I live in just started a online service to pay your rent.. I dont pay it online becuase they charge you a extra $15.00 to do this.

So I sent it in the mail Like I have always done for the last 3 years... Problem is that when I log on that site it shows I have a full balance ( like my rent was never paid) However they cashed the check and it cleared on January 2nd..

Here is what is making me worried... The place I live in changed owners a few times.. I am not sure that I even sent the check to the correct owner.. What can I do to fix this..

last summer (2011) I took a loan from my 401k of $3,000 I have to pay back $13.00 a week for I think it was 5 years. So right now I am about 15 months into paying off the loan..

I have been at my job 17 years but things are really getting bad.. I know its never a good thing to cash out a 401 k but as a last resort if I had no choice and had to do it I have a few questions.

I have $32,000 in my 401 k . I am single and in my 30s.. So I am not old enough to take it out without a fee..

So with my load on the 401 k was think if I dont pay it back then I get a fee on that..Plus if I take out the $32,000 i get a fee.

My question is this.. If I cash out the 401k $32,000 how much will I get back after taxes and fees. Keep in mind the loan I allready have out

second question is will the bank take my fee and taxes off the top so i just get the rest and wont owe anymore at the end of the year tax time.
