I'm in college and my final is done and graded and all of the assignments for my class have been submitted. My grade is at a 92.95% which is an A-. I'm .05% away from an A and I would really like to have it rounded up. Do you think I should ask her or would it be unreasonable or rude to ask?

I purchase a pressed powder online from Ulta about two weeks ago and have been using it since then (granted I don't use much as it is just a finishing powder). But today I dropped it and it broke which was a huge bummer.

Would they accept a return/exchange if I take it back to the store even though the compact makeup is broken? I have the receipt.

I know that this question is extremely broad but I have a few questions regarding the U. I have recently been accepted (to their School of Design, though I'm still undecided on a major) and have also been accepted to some schools in Wisconsin (UW La Crosse, UW Eau Claire).

Here are my questions:

Is it a good school in general (well known and respected, especially compared to a UW school?)? What is social life like for a freshman? What are the best dorms for freshman? Is the campus safe? Is it easy to switch my major if I so choose? How are the people? Anything else I should know when deciding if I should attend U of M?

About four months ago, I went to the ER and discovered that I had a (huge) ovarian cyst. They did surgery and ended up taking out one of my ovaries and most of my Fallopian tube. Ever since then, my periods have been really irregular (somewhere between 2-8 weeks in between). Also, when I get my period, I break out with horrible, painful acne. This never happened before my surgery. Do you think that this could be a result of a hormonal change? What could be done to fix this problem?

I was accepted into both of these colleges. I am undecided on a major so that won't play a huge role in my decision at this time. Which school is better? What are advantages and disadvantages of each (academically and socially)?

I just got two barn kittens from someone we know. One of the kittens has crusty, goobery, runny eyes. When she wakes up from sleeping, it takes a while for her eyes to open completely. She isn't sneezing, no runny nose, and her appetite is normal. The other kitten is just fine--no runny eyes. What is wrong with her?

Also, since these are outdoor cats and we'd PREFER to not have to go to a vet with them at this time, are there any safe at home things we can try? Or medicine we can buy at the store/online (PetCo, PetSmart, Fleet Farm, etc)? We've been wiping them out with a warm washcloth.

I have a 9 year old Quarter Horse gelding and he is very sweet and smart. Under saddle he is AWESOME. He is primarily used as a trail horse and doesn't spook and is totally fearless. However, he needs some help with ground work. He is sometimes disrespectful and will cut you off or walk to fast or pull on the lead rope. He gets "antsy" when you try to put on his saddle blanket/saddle and won't stand still. When brushing,he seems to gets very nervous. If you are very gentle and talk to him calmly and quietly he does well. He gets even more nervous when you yell at him and are harsh. I just got him a few months ago from a friend who got him from a place that didn't use him and where there were lots of kids. I don't know if maybe he was abused or something and that's why he is so nervous...? Anyway, what can I do to get him to be more respectful of me but not be too harsh? Any tips or links would be so helpful! Thanks!

I am a skinny girl (5'8" and 120lbs). I have flat abs and I am overall thin and fit. However, I have love handles, which seems impossible, but I do. It makes me so self conscious and nobody can tell I even have them until I'm in a bikini or without clothes. Is it totally disgusting that I have love handles? Honest and serious answers please! We've had Verizon for several years now but our contract is up. Should we switch to Sprint and get their unlimited data and web on 3G...or stay with Verizon and get 4GB of Data on 4G speeds but with1000 less minutes than Sprint (both have unlimited texting)?

I just got my first ever white horse (though I've had all other colors on the spectrum) and I've heard from a few people that they can get sunburn in the summertime. Is that true? Would I need to put sunscreen on him to protect him from it? Just as a side note, he doesn't really have what I would consider "pink" skin. He has a black nose and has black around his eyes--not light colored like most white horses I've seen. I'm not sure if that would make a difference. What do you think?
