I have in my 29 gal tall tank- 

1 Albino Plecos (5 inches long and full grown), 1 Orange Gourmi (a variety from the same family as the the Blue Gourmi and is full grown at around 5 inches.), 2 purple passion Danios, 1 Zebra Danio.

I am waiting to move from my 20 gal tall tank- 6 Zebra Danios, 2 panda and 4 Albino Cory Catfish.

Am I going to have enough room in the 29 gallon tank for 4-6 weeks so that I can put some more catfish and a quiet fish species through quarantine then move every fish to it new tank..

Finally if you have a recommendation for a quiet fish that can live peacefully with my Gourmi I would love suggestions. He can not be with smaller fish or other gourmis as he would hurt them

So recently I found out one of my clown Loaches I added without quarantining (stupid I know) had Ich. By the time I got the stuff to trade him, both of the loaches had died. I have also lost a Septra Tetra to the ich, when I was treating the medicine at half strength due to his size. I am using Jungle Clear ich fizz tablets and have done three days of medicine( Two days at one tablet and one day at two tablets. MY tanks is 20 gallons tall and I do not care if the seal gets stained). I remove the filter pads, and am getting up early to get the stuff to do a water change tomorrow, as I had to wait until payday too get more water (I use Distilled water, not tap), a bucket, net and vacuum (i do not want to use my good vacuum). My question is how long do I continue the medicine at full strength, in order to prevent my black and white marble Angelfish and Blue Gorumi from catching ICH.? Also how many water changes do I need to be doing, and do I need to remove the plant and decorations? How long does it take Ich to clear up as I can not turn up the water temperature due to the cheap heater I bought? What else do I need to get? Please note that I can not find a good Ich site and want to do what is right for my fish.

So I have a 29 and 20 gallon aquarium I want to move some of the fish around so that each tank is better balanced and not so crowded, Here is what I have in each tank.

29 gallon tank-

4 Coolie Loaches

3 Platies (all female)

3 Albino, 2 Leopard, and 2 Julie Cory Catfish

3 Fruit Tetras

2 unknown small Tetras (only about an inch and half long)

1 Algae Eater (very tiny)

4 African Dwarf Frogs

20 gallon-

1 Angelfish (He is not as aggressive as normal Angelfish and is actually smaller, as he is from a breeder)

1 Blue Gourami (He is as wimpy as the angelfish)

1 Plecos

1 Clown Loach

1 Tetra (medium sizes)

Both tanks are Freshwater and use Distilled and Drinking water from Wal-Mart.

Basically I have this freind who was in a car wreck with me. I was driving, and my insurance is paying her medical bills. She has decided to retain an attorney, and sue me.

The trouble is I now havr to decide wether or not to continue this freindship. She is constanately coming to me when she is having problems, like her dog getting caught by animal control, and actually owes me money. She does work with me, and lives down the street so this makes for an akward situation.

Is this a freindship worth continuing? I really need some outside advice as my parents stink at giving advice, and I do not want my other family members to know.

Does anyone know the name iof the fleece blanket that was recently advertised on tv, along with some other pet stuff. It was supposed to give a portion to animal charites, and I want to know where to get one.

Due to the fact they were too big I had to give both of my plecos away. Now I am getting ready to move all of the fish to a new tank and I need a cleaner fish. What kind should I get? The following is information on the tank-

I have the following fish-

4 Drawf Frogs

5 Ghost Shrimp

2 Tetras (I am not really sure what type, but they are clear bodies with a blue stripe on their side, and are roughly 1-1&1/2 inches long)

6 Mollies- 1 is a Balloon Molly, 1 is a mixed full size molly, and the other 4 are still babies

I have a ten gallon aquarium. It is freshwater, and currently has some ghost shrimp in it. I was thinking about getting a few Neon Tetras for it, but I would like to know two other fish species, I am wanting to keep four different animal species in the aquarium, I can put in it. Also how many of the fish species are needed at a mimiuim to keep each individual species happy.

I have a male Betta that is getting evicted out of his ten gallon aquarium, don't worry we have a nice aquarium that is sitting for a week, and then he will be evicted, because he kinda ate my ghost shrimp, and he is too aggresive for other fish. Does anyone know any easy to care fish that will fit great into aquarium life? The aquarium is ten gallon, freshwater and so far we are probally going to add-

1. Neon Tetras

2. More Ghost Shrimp

3. Probbally Mollies, Plecos, Freshwater Angelfish, and Platties (I do not know about these yet)

What we do not want in a fish for this aquarium-

1. Goldfish (I know that they don't make good community fissh)

2. Drawf Frogs and other reptiles and amphibians (If they got loose my mom and sister would not find that very amusing)

3. Agressive fish

4. Fish that will eat the littler fish or the ghost shrimp (I can not afford to keep replacing them)

5. Fin nippers or fish that annoy other fish

6 Saltwater and other hard to maintain fish

I have been feeding my ghost shrimp goldfish flakes, and they love them but is the correct food to feed them? I want to make sure they are being fed correctly in order to make sure they are healthy, as well as happy.

We have a babay hamster that we adopted from a petstore when she was seven weeks old. That was back towards the end of August. Lately, she has been sleeping alot more, has not "cleanned" her cage is eating a little more, and her abdomen is quite large. However, she is still making acrobatic mioves. She is supposed to be a pure Syrian, however she looks like she is half drawf. Is it possible, that she is pregnant, or is it something else?

I have a baby hamster that is around eigh weeks old. She has been trying to nip us whenever we handle her. She has bitten, me, and today she bite me sister, and made her bleed. She is also quite jumpy because, my sister yelled after she bite her.

1.What can I do to break her of this habit? Please bear in mind that I would rather NOT use treats to gain her trust. (NOTE: I have had her about a week.)

2.Also is there any dieases my sister needs to be aware of?

Does anyone know of a hamster rescue in the Tulsa, OK area? I am looking to adpt a hamster, and would like to adopt one from a rescue group if possible.

I have a two year old hamster. Tonitgh, I picked her up and looked at her anal end, because she had been wet down there the last few nights. She was wet, but she also had a white, long oblong object sticking out of her anal end. Is this worms, or smething more serious?

My hamster is two years old. We noticed yesterday that the fur around her anal are was soaked, and she had pus coming out it. What is this, and how do we treat her?
