I went to a smoke shop and bought a pipe, right after leaving the smoke shop I got pulled over. The cop told me the reason I was pulled over was because I was from out of town and I went to the smoke shop. (in the police report he claims the reason is i didn't signal a lane change). He then told me I either tell him where the drugs are, and he'll go easier on me, or he'd get a warrant and go harder on me. I then cracked under the pressure and told hi, where the weed and new pipe was. He went in my car and got it out, and sent the possession charge to my house. Should I fight it because he got me to confess under duress or because of a threat, or he lied to me about why he pulled me over and never told me the reason he used in the report?
