You know how good ballet dancers walk a certain way in there normal life how do you walk like that? I. Heard it improves your dancing.

I feel like my mind is a castle and I've been locked in one of it's rooms unable to access the other rooms. I have intrusive thoughts religious and sexual. These thoughts are hard for me to handle since I'm a Christian. I have a severe form of intrusive thoughts for example if someone has a mole on their chin and I think oh I hope I don't look at it I don't want to be rude I'll look at with my peripheral view I'll stare I can't control this. It's worst than I've described what should I do.
