I just had surgery and am not thinking clearly enough to do basic math. I think I might have taken a double dose. I am on steroids and the bottle says I started with 150 pills. I took either 89 or 91 total during the course. I now have 97 left. Does that add up correctly or is something off?

My coffee weighed 4 oz before roasting. Now it weighs 3.4 oz. What percentage of weight did it lose?

She is 91 and was diagnosed with lymphoma a week ago. They decided that the chemo would kill her so they gave her between a few weeks and a few months to live.

Now, fast forward to yesterday. The nursing home she is staying in ($5k a month), has agreed, at her request, to STOP giving her every single medication she has been taking in order to stay alive, including coumadin (she has a pacemaker).

This has really been bothering me.

Is that not a form of assisted death? She wants to die and be with my grandpa and that is OK with me. I know it is not my decision. I just want her to be happy.

What I don't get is why they say they are allowed to stop giving her meds without serious legal concerns and/or possible ramifications.

Overall, on average and not just lately. We're looking at the big picture here.

I'm talking about diluting it with water and putting it IN my Hoover Steam Vac. I used Tide laundry detergent one time when I had just run out of carpet shampoo and needed to clean the carpets in a rush (it was probably the night before Thanksgiving as well) and it worked incredibly well.

Any recipes? I don't have vinegar to add to any recipes right now.

I wasn't able to find much detail on Google so I'm hoping someone with knowledge and/or experience can tell me.

A backyard sale just sounds sooho much easier for moms who have super-charged toddlers on their hands but I don't want to give the wrong message to buyers by unknowingly telling them the sale is something other than what it really is.

This is beyond disgusting. My oldest brother sadly, the stereotypical WOW player and "super genius" will not bathe and I am at the end of my rope.

I genuinely gag every time he opens his bedroom door. He smells like a rotting sack of semen, garlic and fresh, wide open butt.

I ask him to shower every week (it's hard for me to ask him often as he is my older brother and not my child so I don't feel it's my place), he says he will bathe but he ends up showering maybe once every month. Maybe.

I bought him deodorant in the past and he wore it a couple times but it didn't stick. My mom has the "look, you're smelling up the house" talk with him every three days. He just won't shower. I think it's a sick control game for him.

Just a few moments ago he walked into the kitchen and I gagged. He laughed at me, said something under his breath and walked back into his room. Wth??

My friend wants me to try this with powdered sugar and water. She said she did it when she had an earache and the sugar unclogged her ears. I told her she is nuts. Doesn't bacteria thrive on sugar??

My question is, hypothetically speaking, if there is no "bad" bacteria present in my ear, what will happen if I put a few drops of sugar water in one ear?
