how do i obtain ownership of an abandoned car in ireland?

i've already been in touch with the owner and he has no papers or interest in the car or getting the papers for it.

i have the keys, vin and other details on it

ive a 98 ford ka, most of the time it wont go into gear unless i lift the pedal up with my foot before pressing it now the brakes are rubbing unless i do the same.

sometimes when i have the clutch pedal fully pressed its staying in gear,

other times, the bite is barely above the floor and after raising halfway the pedal raises very slowly.

i recently had the brake system cleaned and bled.

can anyone help as im stumped

if you are in the overtaking lane doing the legal speed limit and someone comes behind you speeding. you pull into the slow lane and they drive on and kill someone. can you get charged with aiding and abetting a murder?

as you have allowed them to pass which aided them in killing another road user whether intentional or not

i fell a couple of weeks ago, landed on my finger which bent back 90 degrees at the second knuckle (im double jointed in my hands). its still swollen and i cant straighten or bend it fully. the skin has gone shiny on one side. it really hurts when i straighten it too much or close my hand
