Should the Philadelphia Flyers let Mason Start in Net next season, or go after somebody in Free Agency Which Goalies should the Flyers go after in F.A. , or should they draft one with the #11 pick? Does anybody find it fair that the Western Conference teams in the NHL for now on will have an easier chance to make the Stanley Cup Playoffs as opposed to the Eastern Conference.

The East will have only 8 of the 16 teams make the playoffs next year (1/2) while the West will have 8 of the 14 teams (4/7) make the playoffs... I find that it is statistically harder to make the East playoffs as opposed to the West... and not to mention... the Eastern Conference already has tougher teams in it and now youre getting rid of the Average Winnipeg Jets and adding a tough Detroit team to the mix with really good teams such as Boston, Pittsburgh, NYR, Philly, WSH, Ottawa, Montreal...

Also.. who will be Chicagos biggest rival now that Detroit is not in their division... or conference for that matter? 5 if the original 6 teams are in the East and now you cut one of those teams off from the rest... /:

If the NHL Locksout for an entire year, does a year come off the players contracts when play resumes?

restated; if a team signed a player to 2 years going into last year, and a lockout occured, are they free agents following the lockout?

How is Home Field Advantage decided in the United States Open Cup. The Philadelphia Union just beat the Harrisburg City Islanders to advance to the Semis of the USOC and the Union have home field advantage over the winner of the Sporting KC vs Dayton Dutch Lions game... but I don't understand why? The Union have not had a consistent amount of Road games nor home games in the USOC so how is Home field advantage decided? And Harrisburg City beat the New York Red Bulls in Harrisburgh, PA to advance to play the Union... Shouldn't RBNY have had the Home field advantage being the MLS team??

okay, REALLY LONG story short...

I asked this girl out like 3 months ago, who... hated me for being a dick (before i fell for her) to her friend (indirectly), after she found out i liked her from a mutual friend of mine and hers i thought i could trust.... and after i looked like an idiot being all shy around her... ANYWAYS

she said.... kinda harshly

"its not that i dont like shy people, its just that i could never date you..."

and i dont know why, i feel like i want to keep trying... at least one more time.... my heart says too but my mind tells me it is a lost cause.... give up, yet i don't know... i am not the type of person to just give up... but one of my friends says there is a difference between giving up and moving on... and i dont know... my mind wants to protect my heart from pain but my heart wants what it wants according to annother friend...

What should i do?

Well, i was thinking about it, and i was wondering how the NHL was going to award the Campbell Bowl and PoW Trophy next year if there is going to be Four Conferences?

Does the NHL create 2 new Awards to give to the other Conference winners or should One of the trophys be given to the winner of the 4 vs 1 Series going into the cup and the other be awarded to the 3 vs 2 series? Are they just going to get rid of the Awards?

And if they Decide to keep the 2 trophys and add 2 more... which conferences would keep the traditional 2 and which of the conferences would get the new 2...

I think it may end up like this...

A- CREATED AWARD

B- Campbell Bowl (more Original 6 teams)

C- Prince of Whales Trophy (more Original 6 teams)

D- CREATED AWARD

Ok, so the Phillies were clearly stolen a Win yesterday and Protested the Game... If Joe Torre rules for the Phillies, What Exactly would happen? Ok I know that the Game would be Resumed with Ibanez at bat and Howard on 3rd Pence on 2nd, but when and where would that game be played? The Phillies Schedule is booked for the rest of the season and would it Really matter considering the Phillies are a sure DEAD LOCK NL East Winners already??

1. Why is the NFL Shield logo on the 50 yard line on the Carolina Panthers, and both NY teams fields?? not a panther, the jets logo or giants logo.. and is there anyother teams that do this... The Steelers also used to not have anything on midfield.. are there anyteams with anything else on the 50 or nothing besides their logos???

ok so we have a new tv.. it works fine and all and i know how to turn it on and hit input.. but after i shut it off and turn it back on it says

"Please select the proper location for your TV, the display will be adjusted for best result"

Options are STORE and HOME... i choose home every time... then.. its just a static Screen... in order to get it to the Cable Box i need to Click Input till its on HDMI1... ok ... i know how to do that.. but my question is...

How can i turn on my tv where its already on "HDMI1" and not on "TV"

it goes back to "TV" everytime i turn it off and on...
