im trying to solve this question and i have no idea how to rewrite cos 4x and sin 4x in a simpler form. What i mean is that for cos 2x you can rewrite it as cos^2x-sin^2x but how do you write sin4x and cos 4x. I have an exam in 2 days and I really need help so if you can make it as clear as possible then ill give u as many point as im allowed on yahoo answers :).
