As for me I 'm quite happy Greece won their two games. Latvia was a challenge so I was a little worried they could lose but they show combativity and went back to win 2-1. What about you?

I personally surprised myself having a tear at the end. I mean Janne Makonnen is a fantastic video editor, do you think if it reached the owners and Bettman they would want to solve the problem?

BQ: Also, outside of NHL is there a league/a sport you follow seriously?

This is always something I had difficulty with in English and I always mix them and I never know the one to use correctly while writing. What is the difference? Or any tips?

Last World Cup qualifications, it was Theofanis Gekas from Greece ;) scoring 10 goals. Now who do you think it will be Huntelaar, Ronaldo, Van Persie, Rooney, Gomez, Villa? or someone else?

Gary Bettman said today August 23th, "We try to negociate but it is difficult to do so when the players win too much money in this league." What do you think about that? Is it really legit for Bettman to say that?

Its in hockey that the salaries are the 3rd lowest on average compared to the 3 other major leagues in North America (NBA, NFL, MLB). These players, they are the best in the world, don't they deserve a good salary? They are only 400-500 and most of them have a salary around 2M$. Just in NBA, the average salary is 5.5M$/year. In NHL, they worked just as hard, they did the same sacrifices than in the NBA, so please Gary don't tell me the players win too much money!

I just think that affirmation is just a sign of weakness from Bettman, he should accept the fact the players gave everything to him last lock-out, not blast them out freely like that.

Because this edition of the FIFA ranking is a little bit strange. Brazil is ranked 13th guys, 13th!! And USA is 36th, one of their lowest rank in years.

Do you guys think there might be another team that can cause the surprise? What final do you think we will have this year?

I have a little question for you guys, I was wandering who do you think is the best centre back defender of all time? And I include sweepers. I have a soft spot for Franz Beckenbauer, but there have been many others!

So the Habs are 15th, and they really fail since the beggining of the season. But I don't really understand this huge fall. Its not like if the team have changed a lot last, summer. Hamrlik left. But then Campoli, Cole and Petteri the Sniper (idk it sounded good lol) were added to the team. The inclusion of two good young defenders: Emelin and Diaz. The good progression of Pacioretty, Desharnais, Leblanc, Eller, Subban should have helped but no the Habs still suck like hell this year.

So, I would like to have your opinions on this guys, why despite good additions and few major departures the Habs still fail that much this year?

Have your team decieve you ? Or not? As for me, Greece won against Malta 1-0 with a goal of Torosidis at the 94th minute. I was so nervous until this goal, but at least its a win.

I'm very suprised, after a very dominating first half, Bayern totally colapsed in the second, what happened ? It could have been 3-1 or 4-1 at the half. Ribery and Muller had very good chances but they werent able to score (Muller scored earlier though). Eto'o had also a lucky goal because of a clear offside. I was cheering for Bayern and I'm not very happy at the moment. What are your thoughts on the game, do you think Bayern should have won ?

Who is (or are) the most arrogant/vicious player in your opinion ? This question came to my mind after Gattuso's incident.

I think Gattuso deserves to be in the top 5 of most arrogant players.

Bargnani is more confident and totally won his 1 one 1 battles against Bosh. In my oppinion Bargnani has always got more talent that Bosh, its just that Bosh was established as "the star" of the Raptors and did not let Bargnani expand at his full potential. Andrea is having an awsome season, better than Bosh (plus Bosh is in a OP team). Do you think the student (Andrea) is better than the master (Bosh) now ?
