Is it normal or deemed fine for sister in law to give updates to my husband about his ex girlfriends?

She text him some really good news/progress this ex girlfriend had made in life. Am I evil for not being that happy for her?

*they don't have children together and they dated a while ago, it was a messy relationship, one my husband would rather put behind him.

I have been courting for over three months now and we had been pure physically up until the weekend where we went way too far physically. I feel so much guilt and regret. I have been eating very clean (salads, proteins, no carbs, no skipping meals, fruit and tonnes of water) I have been running everyday and doing resistance training (I get stronger each day and can do more weights each day) BUT I WEIGH EXACTLY THE SAME AS WHEN I STARTED!!!! GRRRRR.... VERY DISCOURAGING. I will keep going but how long until you loose weight? I weigh 67.9kgs

My 9 month old son is not crawling or is nto able to identify basic body part "head" "tummy" etc. The only reason I am worried is I get weekly updates of his progress from a baby wedsite and they say eh should be doing all these and beyond by 9 months.
