Okay, lets say I got arrested for marijuana while on probation. This is the first time I have been to jail for anything while on probation.Can I go to prison? I know someone who is looking at prison time because his probation officer caught him with weed and alcohol. He obviously knew he was doing something wrong so please people, don't bash. You don't know every detail.Just curious. His probation officer wants him to sign a rocket docket, which is saying he's guilty. I told him not to without talking to his lawyer first. Can he go to prison for this???? Thank you.

My husbands probation officer arrested my husband for marijuana and in the process of collecting everything he took my pregnancy test I had taken when I found out I was pregnant. Yes, I kept it but that's not the issue. I planned on putting it in a scrap book and when I went to look for it a few days ago I noticed the box it was in was missing and my husband said he took it because it was in a rolled cigar box. Is there anything I can do to get it back? I don't see how he can take something that belongs to me and is in no way incriminating. And if it was thrown away is there anything I can do? It really peeved me that they took it. Thank you.

On the 24th we noticed our dog Bear was showing signs of parvo. On the 25th we took him to the vet and was unable to pay for treatment or to get him euthanized. After we brought him home, he drank half a bowl of water, last time he did that he vomited everywhere. He kept it down and yesterday we walked out side and he was eating a dog treat. The parvo test showed positive before it even finished, is there a good chance he will survive? This will be day 4. He's doing much better. He wines when we go back outside. He wagged his tail for my husband and was licking him when he pet him. Not like he normally would but he did. Please, no bad comments. I love my dog and want him to live.

I just got hinge from an appointment. Last week I was 50% thinned and 1 cm dilated. I'm still 1 cm today. She said if by Wednesday I'm at 2 or more she's going to help me start labor. What does that mean? I'm 19, first kid... And a little scared. Lol... I'm not fire until the first of March.

My husband and I are quite a young couple. Im 19 and hes 21. Were having a baby in March. We don't have a lot of money right now and are staying with his grandparents.. His half brother comes over at least once a week and stays the night on Fridays. I'm going to be honest. He freaks me out. I'm actually kind of scared if him. When we were dating it wasn't so bad because I didn't live here and on Fridays we weren't here anyways. But he's waited for my husband to walk out of the room and has looked the for and told me I couldn't leave. He watches me all the time. He will find excuses to come into the room with my husband and I. My husband gets home from work when I'm still asleep so I don't lock or door. On Saturdays if I don't he will open the door while I'm sleeping and I don't know what he does at that point. I think what I'm most afraid of I'd when he gets older. Hes eleven. And I feel bad but I've told my husband I don't want him to even look at my daughter. He also has minor brain issues that plays a role in how he is. Am I over reacting? His half sister is nothing like him. I like her, so I'm not sure if its just something I'm over thinking or what. Should I be concerned about my daughter bring around him?

Back in August I quit smoking cigarettes. It was very easy for me to quit because they made me sick... because I am pregnant. I found out I was pregnant in June and stopped smoking as much. The more I got pregnant the more they started to taste and smell gross. My last cigarette I had to stop myself from puking in the back seat of my husbands friends car. At first it was a relief not to smoke but as time went on I began to dream about them. I crave them sometimes and Ive almost picked the habit back up. I did, however, promise myself that if I did start again I would wait until after my baby was born.I have 2 months left and I crave them more and more everyday. I think its because I have no way to relieve stress. I've tried walking and writing but nothing works. I used to drink a lot before I got pregnant... it was pretty bad actually. Me getting pregnant and having to stay sober was actually a very good thing. I just turned 19 on the 7th of December. I drank every weekend until I graduated then it was every day. 2 weeks after graduation I found out I was pregnant. Is there anything I can do to stop myself from going back? I don't want to but with my husband and every member of my family and even my closest friend smoking all the time around me I can not wait to taste them again. Its very hard but I got off so easy with quitting I don't want to waste it. Sophie has done so much to help me I don't want to go back.

Okay, I am on 3 years of probation with 1 year down. So I have 2 years left and I'm getting a awesome job and can pay off my probation costs for the next 2 years within the first 3 months. I am expecting a baby girl in March and would like as little bills as possible. Thank you for your time.

Last night I was laying in bed and I noticed my heart beat was kind of fast and I didn't feel that great. I didn't wanna move. I was kind of thirsty and have been craving water all day. I'm 25 weeks pregnant, also. I got up to go use the restroom and my heart beat would get faster and I would feel like I wasn't going to be able to walk. I went and got my water and came back to lay down and I thought I wasnt going to be able to go to sleep but I did. I slept for a few hours and I had to wake my husband for work. Should I be concerned? Should I mention it to my doctor next time I go?

Okay, my license apparently got suspended back in April. I got withdrew from high school for like 2 days. Apparently within that 2 days the school made my license suspended. BUT, I did graduate. I went back to school and worked my *** off to graduate. Being the only one from my family to do so. Only 2 months of school left, right? But, anyway. I was never informed of my license being suspended by the school, the officer at the school, or the DMV. I also broke my foot in April and had a boot on and had to have crutches. Therefore I got to park in the handicap parking. Right beside the officer. They knew I was still driving to school. Do I have to prove to get my license reinstated that I did finish school? Do I still have to pay the $100.00 fine? Sorry for my rant but I was very upset when I got pulled over, just because, and found out I had suspended license. Thankfully the officer believed me when I told him I had no idea. Thanks for your input.

Okay, I'm 18 and I found out I was pregnant a week ago. Before I found out I hadn't eaten anything in 3 days. I couldn't I felt like I had a cold I guess. I was tired all the time and I didn't wanna eat or drink anything. I just wanted to sleep. I still can't eat anything. I've been taking prenatal vitamins since I found out. I don't really have a lot of support from my family. Only my sister so I don't really have anyone to ask about this. My parents actually kicked me out. I just graduated from high school. Also, if anyone has any information about what I should and shouldn't eat during pregnancy that would be helpful too. Please don't judge me for being 18 and pregnant. Me and the daddy broke up 2 weeks before I found out, we were together almost 5 years so its not just some guy. Please don't down on me. Thats the last thing I need. Thank you.

I broke my foot Sunday April 22nd. Well, not really my foot. I fractured my 2nd toe close to where all the bones meet. I wasn't supposed to put any pressure on my foot but after a week I dropped the crutches and started walking on my boot. I'm not due back to the doctor until June 14th. My leg looks really week ... I figured its been almost 1 month and a week from the time I broke it so my muscles haven't been in much use. This is what has motivated me to ask this question. I want to start doing physical therapy things at home. Nothing too much since I'm not supposed to be doing it yet. Just something simple. I know that moving my ankle around is supposed to help but I cant seem to do that without using my hands yet. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I had to read this for my 12th grade British Literature class and I had to take a test on it today then my teacher said to go home and put 5 things in the box that resemble the book ....

example: If I were to read the Hunger Games I would put maybe a fake yellow jacket or something like that in the box to resemble when she dropped them on the other players... or the pin she had as it was a sign of luck. ect.

To be honest I haven't really read but 25 pages of the book. I can't get into it and I can't really follow everything he says. If someone could help me that would be amazing.

Its been about 3 years and I can't remember the name... its like you log on and you have this guy and you battle other people and you can have a dog and unlock new weapons... and you try to fight people on a higher level... I know that sounds like a lot of games but its an online game.

Its the 2nd semester of my senior year. And I don't want to go to school but I do want to go to finish because I want to make something of my life and I'll regret not finishing. I'm almost there but a lot of things have happened recently that make me not want to go. My " best friend " isn't my friend anymore just because I don't wanna date this guy anymore and I don't wanna smoke weed anymore. I have friends outside of school... a lot actually but I don't really have any in school. And the girl that was my friend is in more than half of my classes. I just feel like I shouldn't go. I should be in school right now but I didn't go to school today. :/ I really want to finish... any advice? Thanks.

I have NO idea if this is what it could be.... but my deodorant makes my underarms itchy and I get little bumbs all the way down my arms ... even between my fingers. Its not like a lot there are like 15 scabs now from where I have itched them down one of my arms.Help? I thought about my moms laundry detergent but... shes been using it for years?

I had JUST put 20.00 in my car. 6 gallons of gas. My friend put some lawnmower gas in my car. It was about 2 gallons. Will this hurt my car? Please help.
