My 8 week old puppy diagnosed with parvo?

On the 24th we noticed our dog Bear was showing signs of parvo. On the 25th we took him to the vet and was unable to pay for treatment or to get him euthanized. After we brought him home, he drank half a bowl of water, last time he did that he vomited everywhere. He kept it down and yesterday we walked out side and he was eating a dog treat. The parvo test showed positive before it even finished, is there a good chance he will survive? This will be day 4. He's doing much better. He wines when we go back outside. He wagged his tail for my husband and was licking him when he pet him. Not like he normally would but he did. Please, no bad comments. I love my dog and want him to live.
