So, stupid me left the lid on the mouse tank part open for ventilation last night. One of our darn barn cats had snuck in and saw an easy snack out of my half blind mouse (I have a large enclosure with an 8 mouse colony.) and grabbed her. I was able to get her away and throw the cat out if my room. She has a single puncture would on her shoulder right under her neck. Wasn't bleeding a whole lot and I was able to clean her up a bit. I kept her with me for about three hours to keep her warm (all of the mice are very well socialized and spend time with me). She cuddled in my sweatshirt and then went back into the tank with the lid properly latched. The only veterinary experience I have is with horses dogs and cats. And I've done some doctoring on injured snakes and other small animals.

This morning she was on the side of the entrance, just inside the plastic huddle house. Later on, after I had given her a check over she had wandered over to the water dish, maybe had gotten a drink and was sitting by herself in the center of the tank. Fast forward thirty minutes, she's still there. I reach in and she's a little chilly. So I take her out and warm her up in my sweater again. I put her back in the tank a few minutes ago and got "Domino" to take her into her huddle house and snuggle with her to keep her warm.

I'm concerned that she may be suffering from shock from the incident. she was fine when I put her back last night. We are going on 18 hours since the incident. Any ideas?

my desk top computer won't turn on. the tower is on, but the light isn't, the mouse nor the keyboard can get the monitor (it's on, light blinking) to show a screen. it remains black. the mouse and keyboard both act as if there isn't power to them. no lights, i did unplug and plug them both back in.

i am not very tech savvy, any help is appreciated. this is a windows xp, not connected to the internet.

good compression, seals are fine, carb is clean, same stock plugs. new coil.

still don't have spark at the plug. if i do, its really weak (one plug smelled burnt after). it has points/condenser and elec start.

any ideas? im doing this all by myself because i'm broke and need transportation. grandparents gifted the bike to me, and took care of it. oil's fresh.

okay, i have a 1978 bike that ran when it was put away last, in 1981. it has lights, and when you try to do electric start, it makes the noise like it wants to start up, but it wont start. i was told to check the points, the plugs (spark), and no one has advised me to clean the carburetor. thats the first thing i'm doing this year, and checking the plugs.

this is the first time ive done this. the bike has sat for 31 years. it needs love.

can i cut the hose clamp that's on th hose from the airbox to the carb on my 78 honda cm185t? and then replace it with a normal modern one? the one thats currently there (stock) is rusted at the bolt and won't come off.

didnt have spark last year, replaced the coil two weeks ago. tried to start it, turned key on, charged and hooked up the 6v battery. nothing. no lights, nuttin. now the ignition is stuck in the on position, i have the battery unhooked so it doesnt drain the power.

any thoughts?

i have a hard knot in the right side of my groin. doesnt hurt, but its not comfortable to press on. just noticed it tonight, could it be a lymh node? i doubt its a muscle or tendon problem, that would be painful.

i'm dealing with some major sexual harrassment at work. i was having a working convo with my boss, and he said he needed to speak to me abt something important, to close the door. i figured we were talking payroll. no. he asked me what makes someone a man in my eyes, i answered with my bf's qualities. honor, discipline, dedication, hard worker, etc. he went on to say how he was all of these things, and how i needed a man, not a boy. then he mentioned how he had been celibate for x amount of years bc his wife cheats. and then he asked if i would be interested in him that way.

i didnt know what to say, so i shook my head no, said im not sure, and i left the room.

my last period was feb 28, i have a regular 28 day cycle, never late. i had unprotected sex the 11th of march. ive been having headaches, backaches, spotting on the 16th, heavier creamy white discharge, nausea frequent peeing, food aversions (fatty foods) and cig smoke makes me sick now (all this started in the last 2 wks). i was due for my period yesterday. it didnt come. no usual pms syptoms.

two days after intercourse, severe nausea and vomiting, not a stomach flu.

lower back aches for two weeks (a week after intercourse) white creamy discharge started this week, and frequent urination.

the week of unprotected sex fell in a window of fertility.

my last period was feb 28, and i had unprotected sex on the 11th of this month. (im 21 yrs old, hes 25)

i was in a car wreck sunday, probably totaled my car. i wasn't too badly injured, a broken wrist and a concussion. (wear your seatbelts)

my period is due at any time (mar 28), and i have not experienced any of my usual pms. i have noticed i have to pee more often, and im having lower back aches, and was dreadfully ill two days after sex.

(if i am) the father and i are bestfriends, but not together. i don't know how i would tell him, or my mom. i dont believe in elective abortion. i would probably keep the baby. i was told when i was 19 it could be difficult for me to concieve.

okay, well, my last menstrual cycle ended a week ago and while at my guys' house today, after we got done working outside, we came in and he was all frisky, and one thing led to another. we didn't use protection, (we are both adults, so no lectures) and i'm wondering if there is a possibility that i could become pregnant? i ended oral birth control two months ago, and i don't know when he got off.

so i run over to the local gas station/convienient mart to pick up some items i forgot earlier. well, i pay for my stuff, and i'm standing in the store speaking to my friend (the cashier) and her husband. another customer comes in, gets her stuff, i talk with her a second (we went to the same school) and she leaves. as soon as her car pulls away, my friend (cashier) goes nine kinds of ballistic on me, saying bc i was 'hanging out' that she'll get in trouble.

i am in shock, and also angered by her outburst.

im on ortho tri cyclen lo birth control pills, fourth pack since discontinuing depo provera.

my guy and i were intimate thanksgiving night, and the condom ripped and we didnt realize. although he didnt finish inside, there is always the pre juices.

a week later, in the middle of my pack, i start spotting. this is not normal for me.

it was a week after my monthly that we did things, and now, before my next cycle is due, the spotting has progressed into bleeding. i am very regular, this is not normal. but td night and the night before, i had forgotten to take my pill, which i never forget.

it was a stressful holiday and i didnt know my guy would be home for it. luck of the draw at work.

my 1999 buick park ave's drivers seat seatbelt is twisted. there is nothing about it in the manual. i'm doing my maintenance today, and thought i would fix it.

okay. i asked this yesterday and the three answers i got didn't address the issue. then after rereading my op i realized i forgot the to clarify the two threats. simple mistake.

the original threat on the one website was a threat of physical harm. the fb message from a named person was the threat to take me to court. the same person made both of these threats. and that person bragged about it to a mutual friend, who informed me.

again, my question is, what can i do about the threat of physical harm? contact local police and make a report?

i honestly don't care about "slander" court, bc it would be on him to produce proof of defamation and damages for this state (*info from grandmother * a former lawyer/judge in a neighboring state)
