I've been doing Insanity for 3 days. I know its normal to feel absolutely beat up, but my body is really sore and I find myself lacking energy. I do not follow to nutrition guide it came with. I'm trying to balance my diet so I have enough energy to do Insanity, but it seems to be failing. What is the point of a recovery/protein shake? Are those protein shakes and recovery shakes different? I want to see noticeable results, and I read that supplement shakes will give you even better results. Anyone please just explain how a recovery or protein shake would benefit me. Thanks

I went to upgrade my my lights for my 29 gallon freshwater aquarium. The guy recommended me a 10,000k and a Floramax light. I bought them both and theyve been installed for months. I've recently have been having issues with my aquarium plants, and I read online that 10,000k is more for a saltwater aquarium? And 6,500k is freshwater. Should I swith to 6,500k?

P.S I have 2 lights for a 29 gallon. They are both 17 watts. Is this enough light?

It has been like this forever now, and I really want to get this fixed. I've taken apart the entire computer countless times to make sure everything is where it should be. And it is. On the Dell website, it says 2 beeps = No RAM detected, bu the RAM is in there. I've made sure its in the right way and everything. Someone please help!

I've been trying to do a planted tank, and I am not having success. My tank is just taking a real beating I have a different question already up for that. I am considering just redoing the plants or adding more. Please suggest the plants and how many of each.

I've passed my phase of wanting colorful, toy looking kind of tank. I recently wanted to have a densely planted tank. Well, I did it. Its been up and running since February. And I've been facing barriers that I can seem to overcome.

First specs:

~My tank is 30 gallons.

~I've been doing this for about two years now.

~I have come along way in that time, researching alot.

Plants:

First, I know that the first plants in a aquarium usually will die and need replacing. Most of them have been doing well, but they aren't growing. My swords and cabomba have been taking a real beating, losing all leaves and practically being wiped out. And anachris? I can't even get it to live for 1 day!

Supplements for plants:

I am using 2 bags of flourite in place of gravel. Doesn't seem to have made a difference. I am using Flourish plant food, and I was told not to use plant tabs. I feed the tank a cap full of flourish on Mon and Thurs

Lights:

I have a hood with two light compartments. In one, I have a Coralife 10,000k Daylight T8 17 Watt bulb, 24 inches.

The next is a Coralife Colormax T8 17 Watt. If anyone could suggest different, or better lights, please say so.

Filter:

My filter is built into the hood. The tank brand is an SeaClear 30 Gallon Acrylic Aquarium. Pretty good filtration, actually.

Since you have all my specs, can you figure out why my plants aren't growing? Or even living?

My aquarium has been running for about 5 months. It was a fully planted, but just about everything has died. I had 3peices of anubias attached to driftwood, all but 1 grew, but none ever attached(I had them tied with fishing line). I had 2 swords that were full and healthy when I bought them, nw they have like 2 leaves. I have 1 surviving java fern that is not growing, but isn't exactly dying. I had alot of anachris, but it all has died. I have a moss ball thats doing okay. I have a bunch of crypts that grew at first, but now they are all dying. I had hornwort but it all is dead too. I've replaced all these plants, with no success there either. I feed them with plant food from my lfs every wednesday. I have had special lights to help them grow since day 1. I have flourite for gravel as well. Nothing seems to work! I have seen people with notheing but gravel and plants are perfect. I have everything, and I cant even keep 1 alive. What am I doing wrong?

I'm 14, and I weight 210 lbs.

I'm trying to lose atleast 20 lbs.

What I plan to do (and are doing):

Tuesday, Thursday, Saturdays are weight days. I do the basic things:

Curls- 30 lbs. 3 sets of 12 reps

Tricep curls- 30 lbs. 3 sets of 12 reps

Bench press- 75 lbs. 6 sets of 12 reps (my bench is able to be raised or lowerd, I do 3 sets of 12 reps in each position, so thats why its 6 sets)

Shoulder raises- 25 lb.s for each shoulder, 3 sets of 12 reps

hats really about it for weights, but I do all that and it takes me about an hour

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday are my walking/ running days.

I walk for 25 minutes, at a speed of 3.5 mph at a 6.5 incline on my treadmill

I spend the last 5 minutes running, same incline and speed

My diet basically consists of an apple for breakfast, salad, turkey sandwich and another apple for lunch (when I'm at school) and whatever my mother makes for dinner (my mom usually makes healthy stuff, she helping me)

I make sure to drink alot of water, I take two bottles to school to drink, drink a glass before school, and then I have atleast 3 from the time of when I get home to when I go to bed.

How long do you think it'll take me to reach my goal? I've been doing this for about a week and a half, and plan to continue.

I have the super outdated Windows vista an my PC, if I were to upgrade to 7, would all my programs (Photoshop, skype, itunes, etc.) be able to function properly? Would anything be removed?

I want to make a playlist, but everytime I go to add a video, I go to add video, then it says I have no uploaded videos! Then when I try to enter manually through URL I put in the URL, the tumbnail comes up, then it says video removed by owner. Why the heck is it doing this?

It just seriously confuses me how people get and make that stuff.. I want something like that so bad!

I was on the website custom ink, and I've been trying to get a website where I can print a adidas hoodie WITHOUT being on any team or anything. I am just trying to put my graduation year and my name. On the adidas website, from what I can find, there is nowhere to customize a hoodie. So I went on custom ink and uploaded the adidas logo just to see. I know I probably shouldnt have done this, but I just tried it. I went to checkout and it said that they will not print copyrighted work and asked if I have permission. If I were to say I had permission, and bought it, would anything happen? IM NOT DOING IT, just wondering what would happen if I were to have it printed without permission. And also if anyone knows where I can customize an adidas hoodie, thatd be great.

I setting up a new tank, getting florite gavel and fully planted. It is 30 gallons. Im trying to decide on fish, and Ive found some I like. In my experience these fish would seem to go good with eachother, but just checking.

10 x Harlequin Rasboras

4 x Platies

5 x Cories

3 x Giant Danios

1 x Angelfish (the centerpiece fish)

Is this good? Should I remove any?

I was thinking about maybe a gourami or 2, not sure. When I had them before they were okay.

Or does anyone have any other suggestions? The only demand I have is I want some shoaling fish.

Id love to hear anyone elses combinations!

Ive had a pretty severe fungal based disease in my tank and most of all my fish died, so Ive decided to tear the whole thing down, clean it and restart fresh. I want to try to mimic the pictures above but I'm not positive on what the plant species are. And does anyone know where online I could buy these plants? Thanks

(Before you judge me on my fish combination, just know ive had these fish like they are for almost a year now) In my tank I have now 1 platy, 2 giant danios, 1 blue gourami, 2 clouds, 2 lamp eye tetras, and 4 neon tetras. I had 2 platys, 3 giant danios, 6 clouds, 4 lamp eye tetras, and 8 neons. Yestersay, all my fish were fine and this morning I woke up and about 5 or 6 fish dead, and the rest are now still hiding and they all have ripped up fins and red irritated spots on them. These fish all have had good temper for eachother. AND before you say it was the gourami, im sure its not, because his fins are ripped up too, pretty bad. My guess is that maybe its some type of parasite? Im not really sure.

I am a teen in one of the average teen "crisis" situation. I have no money! Why do I need some cash? Well, 1st of all there are some books I need for school, and like many other people my family is in a tough situation where we cant go spending money on many extra things. 2nd, I have an aquarium that I need to buy some new equipment for, and be the situation, my parents can't help me buy anything anymore. Pretty much everyone in my neighborhood has a lawn care service or does it themselves. Nobody wants their dog walked either. The only source of income I get is when my uncle occasionally asks me to come over to pick weeds, which is like, once every 2 months, and I only get paid about 20 bucks no matter how long I work. My uncle also decided to hire the neighbor kid to mow his lawn instead of me, when I only live up the street from him. I've tried selling some things on eBay and craigslist but nobody ever buys. I'd also like to buy some extra things just for myself, if I ever get the cash. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks

I am starting a YouTube gaming channel. I want to do walkthroughs of games, sort of like pewdiepie, but its on a xbox360 and not a pc. I have everything i need already, but im not sure what game to play to start attracting some peoples attention. I will be commentating them! Any games you guys could suggest for a xbox 360 that will attract people?

I've been wanting to make a gaming youtube channel for a long time now, and I finally got all my needed equipment and went to go make a channel. It asked if I wanted to use my real name or buisness name, so I clicked buisness, and put in my username. And then I see it makes me use 2 accounts? One has my email, and then there is one that is controlled by a google+ account. Literally, what the hell? I just want one account with no google+! How can I disconnect google+ and just have one account instead of these 2 stupid accounts?

I recently moved a long distance, and I was not able to keep all of my fish. I gave most of them to my friend, but anyways I already know combos i can put in there, but I'd like multiple opinions. Please give me all your opinions for best stocking and variations and such! Thanks
