YouTube playlist issues?

I want to make a playlist, but everytime I go to add a video, I go to add video, then it says I have no uploaded videos! Then when I try to enter manually through URL I put in the URL, the tumbnail comes up, then it says video removed by owner. Why the heck is it doing this?

    May be a conflict with your ''Cookies''.  Simply delete them, along with your ''Cache''

    (sometimes called Temporary Internet Files) and "History"; then shutdown & reboot.
