  • Atrial fibrillation , what are the chances?

    last week i found out that my heart is in Afib , they are talking about shocking my heart back into rythm ,how complecated is this procedure and how long do you usually have to stay in the hospital ,also what causes this (normally) and will it continue to go in and out of normal rythm

    a little history on my heart health , i had 2 heart attacks about 5 years ago and have a total of 5 stents placed already

  • having stents placed?

    i had 2 heart attacks almost 2 years ago now , when it happened they placed 2 stents in my chest a week later they placed another in my chest , then about a month ago they placed another 2 stents in my chest , doctor told me next time i was going to have to go through open heart , anyway my question was , the last time i had this proceedure done it was "differant " than the first 2 times m, i am short of breath and im having pains that are going up towards my shoulder rather than the ones ive had that were towards my left side , any ideas why

    when you enter most hospitals , you'll see a sign that they dont refuse care even though you might have an inability to pay ( no insurance )

    i had a heart attack back in august of 2008 they put 3 stents in to "fix" the problem , my question is , what might cause a vibration ( feels like my cell phone is on vibrate and in my left shirt pocet) there is no pain involved

  • question on stints ,pain in that area ?

    about 3 months ago i had 3 stents placed into my chest , the question is , is there supposed to be pain /sharp pains comming from that area ,it goes up towards my left shoulder and every once in awhile goes towards the center of my chest .

    also where they did the cath it feels like a pressure (like pushing your thumb into that area ) ?
