I’m 19, from Canada & I’m still on my parents’ health insurance. I would like to make a doctors appointment and get a procedure done without my parents finding out. But I heard that since I’m on their health insurance, even though a doctor can’t tell them about my visit, they’ll see it on the eob. I’m so confused and have looked this up for hours and still don’t really understand, is there anyway I could do this without them finding out anyway?

I know in Ontario you can get certified to teach Primary, Junior, Intermediate & Senior. Primary is JK-3, junior is 4-6, intermediate is 7-10 & senior is 11-12. I’ve seen that you can easily get certified to teach two consecutive levels. Example, junior & intermediate or internediate & senior. But I want to teach either primary or junior and then senior, not intermediate. So is it possible to get certified to teach in Ontario for both primary grades AND senior grades?

I'm writing a fanfiction where the guy is part of a gang and has been to jail and all of the girls friends tell her he's bad news and to stay away from him. She's really scared of him at first and tries to stay away from him but he keeps on coming up to her and talking to her and you can probably guess she slowly starts to fall for him. I want the title to be something similar to "he's bad news" "don't make eye contact" "stay away from him" or "don't get involved" but I haven't thought of a name that I really like yet. So can you suggest anything? Thanks.

I'm going to a meet and greet and the person I'm meeting tends to say "whats up" or "whats good" a lot. I don't want to say the usual response along the lines of "nothing" or "not much" because obviously I'm at a concert and meeting them, so that's not "nothing." Also I don't want to say anything funny/witty such as "the sky." So what should I say?

I'm 16 and I'm a soccer player. I've been playing for about 8 years. I used to find it fun but now I really don't like it anymore and it's hard for me to play or go to any games because I'm really starting to hate it and I don't want to be there. I told my parents I wanted to quit but they told me I made a commitment and I can't quit especially because it's the middle of the season. Then a month ago, since I was stressed about school, we agreed that I was going to quit soccer but then they changed their mind and told my coach I was just taking a few weeks off until the end of school. I was mad and they told me that if I return to my soccer team and they're rude about it or aren't treating me nicely that I could just quit. So now I'm back and playing and this past week there was some things that happened with my team that made me feel extremely uncomfortable and they also excluded me from a team activity, they say it was a miscommunication but I don't know if that's just an excuse. Anyways, my parents then again told me that I could quit because they were angry with my team as well and I was really happy because I thought that I was finally able to quit but now they changed their mind again and said I have to play. I'm really frustrated with my parents right now because all I want to do is quit. I want to just take this into my own hands and refuse to play and quit myself but I can't do that because if I do then my parents will punish me. Any ideas on what I should do?

I've been vegan for about a month and this is a lifestyle I am going to continue for the rest of my life. It's been really great so far and I absolutely love it! I am trying to be high carb low fat but my only problem is I don't know how to know if I am doing it properly. I'm not sure how to calculate it if that makes sense. Is there a number of carbs and fats I should be counting and eating everyday? Otherwise I'm not quite sure if although I strive to be high carb low fat, that I actually am.
