Where exactly can I study from to prepare for the CCSK V4 exam where I can practice questions like the ones above especially about CCM questions and the hypothetical companies they ask about on the test

Whenever I jog on my treadmill it would go for tens mins the stop then it would run for 3 mins then stop, then two mins then stop and now one minute and then stop all of a sudden. Now the end result is when I try to use it it makes a popping cracking sound and has a burning smell . What is the issue of it and how can one fix this professionally

I had an interview with IBM for my final round with the senior solutions manager. First he mentioned about himself, the role, IBM s business model.  He then asked only four questions like tell me about yourself, two behavioral questions and about my experience in basic Java scripting on forms . The interview was suppose to be half hour but after my interviewer asking me questions it lasted only fifteen mins. However when it was time to ask him questions when I asked him based on our conversation is there any concerns you want to address to me and he said nothing really. 

1) sneaking into a car dealership at night by your friend giving the code to the garage and then your friends strip off the car and steal stereo from the car , other car parts to then sell them off 

2) entering a electronics store after hours at night to steal a new tweeter for your sound system 

3) pull someone behind a bush and demand their money , since they didn’t have enough money you forcefully steal their new pair of adidas shoes off of them and give them a black eye and then take off running with their adidas shoes 

4) pull someone in a dark alley , demand their money and then steal their 96 cents and their state ID card then throw that person in garbage cans for not having more valuables then leave with that persons state ID card and 96 cents

2) Entering a store after hours at night to steal whatever you could from the store 

Are most of these companies headquartered in California I’m guessing
