Biden has already signed the bill into law. He signed it yesterday, Thursday March 11th.
It's estimated that the checks will begin going out probably next week. If you have direct deposit then you should start seeing the check show up in your account pretty soon. If you don't have direct deposit and need to be sent a physical check then it may take a little longer

He signed already, and news says you could start receiving today or early next week.

The fact is nobody here knows when. What news reports have said is that as soon as this weekend some of the money is going out.
